I went to WAWA to get the lunch special. The soup wasn’t available, so I ordered the jalapeño chicken sandwich suggested by an employee really nice gentleman (Kevin). I left went to pick up my child from school while in the line I could eat my meal. The sandwich is cut in half so after eating one half of the panini I started on the other half. Picked it up and there was hair all in and out the sandwich. The hair was long and black with a curl on the end. I called the store and a lady picked up. I explained to her, and she said come back and I’ll make you a new one. I declined and she said well you can come back, and get your money and hung up (RUDE)! I get back to the store and the cashier that helped me was at the coffee station I showed her the sandwich. She directed me to the front, and said the mgr. was up there to speak with her. I go to check out, and a caucasian lady with glasses came up to me gave my money back she did apologize. I opened up the box so she could see the sandwich. This is where it goes left her goal was to get me out of her way. She gave me $9 even not my taxes back, and tried to over talk me yeah yeah I’ll take care of it she moving like she was on speed. She was the person who fixed my food, she didn’t have on a hair net, and it was her hair a little curly at the ends, with that dirty sweaty looking hat on her head. Read moreI visit WAWA everyday fill up every other day (gas). I have an ice bag I keep in my cooler 12 Qt that I put ice in. It literally holds 5XL cups of ice. I came in today around 10:15 AM and out of all the times I’ve been here no one has said anything to me, today the Asst. Mgr. decide she will come over to me point to the sign and say you can’t fill a cooler. Only one cup of ice per day per customer. I said the store mgr. has passed me and said nothing. She said well I’m the Asst. Mgr. and you can’t. I didn’t know the Asst. was over the Store Mgr. Then she said ok well I’ll tell him (dismissive) and walked off. I can start going back to Circle K where they never say anything and greet you with a smile (it’s frozen water). I can in return start back getting my gas every other day from Neighborhood Walmart as well as Circle K. She over here bothering me while a customer complaining there’s no French Vanilla coffee. Girl do some work instead of stopping what you were doing to come over to me with that dismissive attitude to say something about ice. Read moreBad customer service at night. I had to wait 15 more minutes on a mobile order I already placed. The estimate for the order to be ready is definitely not accurate. They don’t ask what your name is they just leave you standing there walking past not saying excuse me or anything. I had to get back work to my residents at a nursing home. I didn’t want my food to get cold either pizza just sitting there….The Mexican girl with the tye dye shirt was very rude to me.
