I would give a much lower rating if I could. I ordered food online at 2:00 pm to be delivered at 4:30 pm for my son's birthday party, per their recommendation. We order 8 pizzas and a cookie (over $50 worth of food) so I wanted to make sure they had plenty of time to make our order. The delivery driver only showed up with only 4 of my pizzas and no cookie and said he would be back in 20 minutes. 25 minutes later, I call and the manager says she' had to get the driver to quit playing and he's just leaving the store with the rest of my order, mind you the first 4 are getting cold and I can't let some kids eat and tell the others they have to wait. She said if our food is cold or wrong when we get it to call back and they will send out a new order. When the guy shows back up with the remainder, the pizzas are wrong and all of my food is cold!!! I call back to the store and again ask to speak to the manager. I am told they are too busy to call back when they slow down., I'm already an hour, into his party with the wrong food and it's cold, so I try to make due because I'm missing my son's birthday over pizza. I call back 2 more times and the manager still won't speak to more nor does she call me back! I call the next day and get a different manager, and explain my situation. She says she is going to credit my account for $50, less than what I paid and have the general manager call me later that day when they come in. Don't waste your time or your money. From now own, I'll just pick up my pizza from Italian Pizzas and Subs, where they know how to treat...
   Read moreOrdered online for later pick up. I showed up three minutes after scheduled time. Walked in stated my name to the lady up front. She responded as if she was in fact expecting me. I was told my pizza was coming out the oven than. I paid and didn't receive a receipt than. I waited 10 extra minutes. No pizzas whe in the oven from far as I could see. The workers were in the back talking like they were short. The woman finally showed up with ??my?? pizza from the back some where?? She stacked condiments on top of the box. And then gave me a greasy receipt. Didn't show me what I paid for. She sprinted back to the back. I opened the box and it was the wrong order. Another pizza was made eight-teen minutes later. And was presented. It looked like an insult... I began thinking that I was being discriminated upon. And these people didn't wanna be working and were very bitter... So a third pizza was made. It was presented a bit better. But I ordered extra sauce, it had none. And it lacked one meat.. The crew obviously didn't want the job in the first place. Management must be worst obviously. They didn't seem to be concern about the potential passion a possible recruit may have for the culinary and business field... two stars is bad. This place USED...
   Read moreThe past two times I've been in the company of family members/friends ordering from the Pizza Hut in Peppermill of Wilson, our order has been incomplete/incorrect. Both times the orders were placed online. I am not quite sure how on two different occasions, orders that are TYPED OUT and sent electronically to their system become completely screwed up. The first occasion, after over an 1.5hr delivery wait, all the pizzas that we ordered were missing and only 2 orders of 6 piece wings delivered. 8 people to share 12 wings? No explanation or apology from the delivery driver either. Ok, mistakes happen, let's try this again......tonight for my moms birthday, she orders another large order online, CALLS to confirm and gives a pick up time for the drive thru, and STILL....the order is incorrect. Of course when called to inform staff our order was wrong, we get a nonapologetic, rude staff member who answered the phone, placing blame on the customer. I don't know how to be more accurate and precise with an order than to place it online but clearly higher up management needs to educate the staff at the Peppermill of Wilson location...with a strong emphasis on customer service.
