Update - I visited 11-14-24 - service was horrible. It was raining so I used the drive thru.
I ordered a tenders snack with fries and a large unsweetened tea. The person taking my order confirmed three times that I wanted a large unsweetened tea. At the window I was given a regular sweet tea. I reminded the lady I ordered a large unsweetened tea - 3 times. She fixed me a large tea, when I tasted it I discovered it was SWEET. I had to go inside the restaurant to get the large sweet tea and I had to ask for it a total of 5 times.
Update - after speaking with the general manager I gave them another chance. They were 5 out of 5 this time.
This visit was terrible. The food was great but the service was horrible.

Read moreI normally do not leave posts like this but due to multiple issues at this Smithfield, I certainly will not be back anytime soon. From the attitude of the person taking my order, to the girl at the window providing me my drink covered in sweet tea, the over all customer service was at an all time low today. To top it off when asking for a napkin, so that I could clean it off, the window gets closed leaving me to throw away what should have been cleaned off before I even received it. Not sure what managers are training the other employees to do in the aspect of customer service, but hopefully this can get fixed for...

Received half the order(not packed to go) and had to explain to them that it was to go and food was missing. After the 3rd attempt they finally got the order right. Went to remove two sweet teas from my truck console and one had completely flooded the cup holder and the other one the entire bottom of cup busted open all over my console and down the rear AC vents.
