Gotta give a shout out to this particular Arby's! We stopped here while traveling and had the best experience. This was our first time eating at this location. There wasn't anything about it that wasn't fantastic! Cameron waited on us at the register and got our food together. Can I just say he was outstanding? He displayed so many amazing qualities while waiting on us that we were totally blown away by the service he gave us. As a business, you always want someone amazing to be the first person your customers see and interact with. Cameron definitely fits that bill. He was incredibly friendly, polite, outgoing, cheerful, very interactive with customers and his coworkers, extremely thorough in taking our order and getting everything together, very engaged in his work, and just an exceptional human being overall. He also made us aware of special offers that might be advantageous to us. In addition we noticed that the trio working there that day worked incredibly well together and seemed to all really be enjoying their job, all things we like to see when we patronize an establishment. And lastly, thanks Cameron for grabbing me some salt for my food since you were out of the little packets. It would have been very bland without it. The person running the drive thru thought is was funny to argue with me asking for a few extra Arby's sauce packets. Then proceeded to tell me to go to Walmart and buy some. When he gave me my food he had this weird grin on his face and laughing. I got home to realize it was the wrong food and I know he did it on purpose. A different person working the counter was upset and had an attitude about doing a refund. He told me they dont like to do refunds and he would rather just fix the order. I wont eat in a place that purposely gave me the wrong food. The other Arby's in Sunnyside always has good service. I will stick to that one in the future.
