1st timer and the food was amazing. Fresh, seasoned and hot. We ate there and the music was chill and it was empty. The wait time was just because they cooked everything fresh. Now to the ratings...catfish and fries 8/10...shrimp and fries...7.5/10...beef tacos 8.5/10...hotlink and bun 9.5/10 (the only reason not a 10, I like my link split down the middle and cooked a little longer). Them steak fries were soooo seasoned and fresh. I will definitely be back because I have to try the taco burger, Mac and cheese, yams and that hot link again...lol...hopefully it's better so I can update this score to a 5 star.
UPDATED TO 5 STAR BECAUSE THEY SPLIT MY HOTLINK (10/10) AND COOKED IT LONGER, DEFINITELY FIRE š„š„š„ AND I'LL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN! THANKS BOSS DADDY AND THE CREW! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO!!

I promised him I would come back and I told him I was gonna review. He was a really nice guy and seemed very passionate and confident about his food as he should. I came back and I ordered the combo with the four ribs, cabbage, and macaroni and cheese, which was $1 extra. 5 Stars for personality but letās get to the review: The ribs were a very nice cut meaty & flavorful the sauce on there complemented the ribs. The cabbage it had Little tiny pieces of sausage Throughout it along with peppers and onions. I would like to have seen bigger pieces of sausage. They were so tiny. A lot of the pieces I had were burnt black pieces through out as well. It wasnāt a lot of sausage. I think it couldāve used bigger pieces. It may flavor it more. It still didnāt taste bad. I did finish it but I had to pick out the burnt pieces. Now the mac & cheese: I was very very disappointed. It had a nice roux on it, Very nice consistency the pasta was cooked al dente and it had a lil cheese pull. However, when I bit into this mac & cheese immediately, I taste it Italian seasoning. It was so strong. I couldnāt even eat it.. I even called and asked did he put herbs in his mac & cheese he said no. I told him Iām a chef And I can taste the herb very strong. He then said his brother makes a mac & cheese and he wouldnāt put his brother on the phone who confirmed he use Italian seasoning Italian seasoning it does not go with mac & cheese. I feel like they owe me some mac & cheese, but done the right way lol. I will go back and hopefully they changed the mac & cheese other than that the food was...

They said yes but they won't be available until after 2:30pm...its 11am..its a Saturday and they're closed Sunday and Monday. So the person on the phone says we'll you can pre-order. I said ok and ended the call. Im on vacation and normally use cash. So I figure if I'm able I can go by and call before hand to place an order. I called at 2:10...no answer. Waited a few minutes called again and was placed on hold. I was on hold for about 40 minutes. When I got there I told the hostess I was on hold still..she apologized and said it has been very busy non stop. I asked if I could order the oxtail, she said they were out she thinks. She said they may have some more available today. I asked if she could ask. She did come back and said they have to catch up on orders to see if they would have any left. I asked if I could order now and if there's more I can come back. She seemed confused.
While the food here may be good...the service is not. Understanding this item may be very popular have a better system in place. Have your staff maintain the phone line. Had I knew while I was waiting 40 minutes on hold I could've made other...
