Burger King — Restaurant in Winchester

Won't let me give zero stars

Your food and service is horrible lately!!! It cost me $30 for just 2 people...to eat...no extras....just 2 basic meals. (burger, fries, drink) I understand prices have increased due to inflation and I'm willing to give people my business to keep the economy going, BUT for that price I expect SOME kind of quality!

I've only visited a handful of times in the past 2 years, looking for something quick and willing to give y'all another chance but I'm DONE! The consistency BK has shown is as follows: Meals have been cold.... every time You can hardly find the beef in a Jr Whopper. There's NOTHING "Whopper" about it anymore...it's a big, whopping disappointment! (Plenty of mayo though...and veggies just thrown at the bun, sliding around in all that mayo. Maybe the beef slid out and i didn't see?) Always missing the zesty sauce for the onion rings - One day, I found HOT CHILI SAUCE in my bag instead of zesty sauce. UGH

Anyway...I normally don't leave bad reviews for anyone but, you and me BK? We're DONE! - Divorced - You're a thing of the past...not sure you'll ever recover from...

One of the worst BK's. Went by around 7:45pm. My order wasn't complicated. The food was old. End of story. The fries had definitely been sitting out and then refried to add heat, in what I can only assume is the same frier they cook the fish in because that's what they tasted like. The burger patties were so dry, tasted like nothing. Mozzarella sticks, were also really bad, a worse fried fish taste than the French fries, and they felt stiff to the touch. I am positive that what I did eat of my order made me very sick the last two days, I hadn't had anything to eat the day of this meal. The feeling I am having is similar to food poisoning. The oil in frier desperately needs to be changed before someone gets more sick than I have.

Edit, I am astonished that a place like Burger King let's this happen. Have you seen the other reviews here, seems like I should've looked before looking for...

One star is to much. I have tried one to many times to get a sausage biscuit. Went today no we don't have any customer in line told me he comes there 5 days a week. He told me they are out of them 4 out 5 days a week. Your food cost is more important than guests. When you close you will have the best food cost. The best part of this no one cares it will never get fixed. I called there 1-800 number I spoke with someone not in this country. Was not able to understand them. I will never have a response from the company. Or I will get a call from the drive thru cashier. The upper management of this company is amazing. How they keep the door's open.

The sad part in this the GM will be blamed. I know this I have 3 house in different states. All of them do this because of food cost.

This because upper management Care's about his bonus. Could absolutely care less for...
