Burger King — Restaurant in Winchester

Awful service. I go in to order food and ask about the mix and match big kings and they tell me they don't do the mix and match even tho I went there a week ago and got it.. I ask if it's online and the guy at the counter says No it's not supposed to be burger king doesn't offer that anymore but yet it's advertised all over t.v 🤣 I proceed to use there wifi to order it all online because the offer is there and they go and unplug or turn off there router. I ask to speak to the manager and she's just as un helpful and rude and refuses to give me any contact info for a higher up.. my kids just wanted some burger king but instead we settled for a much nicer and friendlier environment at the Wendy's across the street. Avoid this place at all cost. Just go to Wendy's or McDonald's. Ull get better service for the money...

My boyfriend and I come here all the time and almost every time we do it takes so long for them too get our order I’m thinking because the speaker is messed up, but not only that there’s a lot of background noise from the kitchen that comes through and we can hardly hear the person taking our order. We have too repeat ourselves over and over before they finally get it. He always orders a bacon whopper melt and each time he gets it it’s never the bacon whopper melt, they finally informed us today that they no longer have the bacon whopper melt but we’ve been charged for it everytime even though they don’t have it and when we asked too take it off of our order because they don’t have it the lady manager or someone came too the window and snarled her nose and walked away because we asked too...

Worst Burger King I have ever seen. Zero customer service. People are walking around with croc shoes and no socks on. They get upset when you walk in. The store is nasty; even the sidewalk is black. Every table had food on it from not being cleaned. The fries had zero salt. Half of my burger was missing. Our tray they gave us had sticky food with a paper thrown over it. I don't know who is over this store, but it's the worst I have ever seen in terms of service. No one was happy. Just a simple smile and a "Welcome, how can we help you?" goes a long way. Paying almost 40 bucks and my burgers are cold is not cool. We saw them sitting on the counter while the fries were being cooked, so that's probably the reason. It was just a very unhappy, sad environment...
