Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winchester

Well I guess I'm a little biased. I used to always order from a different place, but since I've started delivering for Dominos at this location I've come to enjoy the food. We make a good pan pizza! I've never had a pan pizza before until I started working here. This is a great place to work and make some money. That's if the customers tip. Most think we get that delivery fee that's charged to them,but sadly we don't. For most this is their only job and we too have families to take care of. And we try our best. But for all those negative reviews I apologize. Give this store another chance. They are implementing new policies and getting a full staff. I myself drive and we can get behind. But I try my best to call the customer once I leave the store with their food to let them know I'm on my way and to apologize to the customer. I don't have to do that. That's not part of the job, but I do it to be courteous because I know it gets frustrating having to wait for food you ordered 1 to 2 hours ago. But if you do order from here I highly recommend the Meatza pan pizza! And just know that we are trying our best and I will always give you...

I placed a carry out order around 8:30pm. Put in that I arrived. I sat there for about 15 minutes and then they came out and gave me my pizza. I got home. It’s the wrong order. OK. I called them. They put me on hold and proceed to hang up on me. I called them back again. They ask If I want them to remake it and I can come pick it back up ( I just took over 30 mins to pick up the wrong order ) I told them that I want them to deliver it and I’m fine with tipping the delivery driver. They took my order down and this point it’s past 9 o’clock. They told me it will be there in 20-30 mins. They call me back at 9:20 I missed it. I called them back they put me on hold for over 17 mins I hang up defeated and just eat something else for dinner. I am about to head up to bed at 10:45 at night I get a knock at my door. It’s the delivery driver. Then he proceeded to tell me my new total is 6$. Completely dumbfounded by how dysfunctional this location is. Anyways just order from the other dominos in Winchester....

I was a walk-up customer and ordered 2 med. pizzas. During my wait, 2 different people walked out because they took too long, even though they ordered ahead of time. Another guy online ordered and waited in the store for 30 minutes. Another guy waited as long, only to find out they made the wrong pizza for him. Meanwhile the manager was on the phone for 10 minutes apologizing to someone about another flub. While I was waiting, a homeless guy came in twice and was trying to bum money off of customers. After 30 minutes, I asked about my pizzas. They hadn't even started making them. I had to tell them what type pizzas they were. I opted to get a refund, instead. Manager gave me my money back, minus the tip I had left. My mistake for tipping ahead of time. This is not how you run a Dominoes. I've been eating them since the 1980's. If they were all this dysfunctional, they wouldn't have lasted 40 years. I don't recommend this store, at least not during a weekend evening. They can't...
