I've noticed the lines at Hardee's move really slow in the past couple of months or more. I went inside this one expecting to get my order quicker than waiting in the long lone in drive thru. Noone was in a hurry. Everyone was relaxed and taking their time and Noone was working as if the lines inside and our were completely full and long. I overhead one of the female employees say. One customer at a time. Don't worry about anything else. We can only serve one customer at a time. I don't know if this is the new motto across the board at Hardee's, but the lines seem longer and barely moving each time I visit one. I don't see how they will stay in business at this rate. For the amount of time I waited for 1 steak biscuit was ridiculous and one would think it would be hot and ready Once I finally got it. The steak was undercooked and the biscuit was doughy. To think, this lady thought that taking their time serving the customers lines up to order was the right thing to do and then have the audacity to announce it, one customer at a time. They literally had one cashier on the front register that took the order, then would go stand and wait for a order, full it, slowly and then fill the one she just finished taking and then come back to telhe register slowly and repeat. With a restroom that is easily accessible (to your right as soon as you walk in), this is my bathroom of choice, my home away from home. But this bathroom is much more than just convenient. It is clean, and soap is stocked. It also gives you options: it has both paper towels and an air drier. And the best part: the paper towel dispenser gives long paper towels, not those cheap, short ones. They substituted food product without telling me they were out of something. I would've gotten something else if I was told they didn't have this but they just substituted it without letting me know.
