I went through the drive through. Hoping to get my co workers and myself some food. I started to order and was told immediately they were out of red strip corn chips, and out of sour cream. Ok! No problem! I order accordingly. 1 chicken chalupa with avocado ranch. I soft beef taco. I told them I had multiple orders. He said go on with the next one. I wanted a naked chicken taco and a nacho bell Grande! That concluded the next one I said my third order.....he stopped me mid sentence said thats all you can order!! I said what??? He said you can only orfer two orders... I was upset and so I pulled forward to the window to pay. I asked him at the window for a manager he refused to get me a manager. I said I had at least 6 more orders. I had money to spend for food. He refused to let me order any more so I complained. He said if I wanted more food I would have to keep driving back into the drive through line cause the lobby was closed at the time to get 2 more orders. That means 3 more trips to wait in the drive through line to order. By the time I would had finished not only would my first orders be cold but i'd had no lunch time left to eat. So, I got my two orders and went back to work. Opened the bags and half the food wasn't in there. We called and they said bring food and receipt ( The stupid employee) didn't give me a receipt. I told him that, and he said he couldnt help me. He refused to give me the managers name or who to contact to fix my situation. So needless to say alot of us didnt get to eat that night. WORST TACO BELL EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE IN HISTORY!!!! There were 8 of us total.. Taco bell missed out on alot of money.. 3 of us were nightly regulars.. NONE of us will ever be back!!! Read moreMy husband went through drive thru tonight to get 1 party pack and 1 nacho fry to try. This is pitiful no cheese in over half the tacos, very little meat. Fries were cold as ice. I called up very nicely asked to speak with a manager. The person who claimed to be the manager refused to give their name, said they don't have to. Proceeded to tell me they just came on shift he places the order at 7:16 pm. Pretty much let me know that them as the manager wasn't responsible for the problems. Said to come back up or come back tomorrow and get it replaced. I requested a confirmation number or whom I could speak with at the store tomorrow and they said just tell them the order they will replace it. There is no confirmation number and hung up on me. Not sure who hires these irresponsible, slacking non courteous people. But the entire night staff and the way they present the food and this taco bell must fall in line with the person I was speaking to which was very difficult to speak with due to their lack of care and passing the buck as they just came to work. The last time it had no meat on the chalupa's and one of the soft shell tacos. The manager said to the girl up front, tell her she's a liar , which I heard. Then the young boy on dine in side was re-fixing them slapping things on it acting disgusted and then went over drive through side to talk about Me ,which again I heard , because I was waiting for the girl to give my food back. I told her to tell the boys , I wasn't trying to piss them off and that I heard them talking about me but if it would have been right the first time, I wouldn't have had to bring it back. Management needs to address these young men and take appropriate action on it because there are a lot of people not so understanding. This is how you get irate customers.
