Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Winchester

This was my 3rd time trying this place and I have 0 plans of coming back. The food has progressively gotten worse. The meat isn't meat. Idk what the steak is but I'm assuming its dog or rat! The staff had a hard time listening. I said everything on my cold sandwich to find out there was no jalapeños or wax peppers on the sandwich. I asked for them on the side after they weren't on my sandwich. I told them idk why the sandwich didn't have them when I said I wanted everything. The staff proceeded to tell me that "everything" to them means only lettuce, tomatoes and onions. That makes no sense when I said add everything on the sandwich bar. The sodas taste like straight chlorine. I tried multiple and they all has a strong taste of chlorine. The two sandwiches I ordered were awful. This place is prices are too high. Honestly subway make a better sandwich at this rate. Id rather throw my money away there. If I could leave a 0 star I would!

The portions sizes don't seem to be consistent.

The lobby set up is odd. It doesn't allow you to have a nice dinner between you and your loved ones. Instead the tables are all smashed together. Making it for an uncomfortable vibe when a stranger sits next to you. I go out to dinner to eat and have an enjoyable time with my family...

I travel often for work and have visited several Jersey Mike’s locations across the country. I always enjoy the food and service, but I want to take a moment to highlight how outstanding the Winchester location is. This location stood out to be because of how impressive this team is.

I’ve visited twice recently, and each time the entire team has been so welcoming, kind, and attentive. On my first visit, I wasn’t sure which chips to pick, and a team member took the time to recommend his favorite — and he was right, they were delicious. That small gesture made me feel so cared for as a guest.

Today, I returned to pick up a large order for my team. Everyone greeted me warmly, and the order was ready to go on time. After leaving, I realized one sandwich was missing. When I called to let them know, they didn’t hesitate — they offered to personally deliver the missing sandwich to our location, and even brought cookies along with it. That kind of service is rare, and it truly made my day (and my team’s day).

Food was fantastic. When I came by to pick up my order I stood in line with no one in front of me for a significant amount of time. No one offered to help.
