Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Winchester

Young female with black glasses took my order, very unfriendly, robot like, no sense of humor in the slightest. The chick that was busy running drive thru was clearly the manager, she was doing great, leading & getting orders out the DT. The male that was working the front was nice and kind and busy cleaning and prepping the lobby for when they closed but hopped on register when someone entered. Im going to chalk this visit up to her being new and not be ugly towards the other 2 that were working with her. The electronic menu board they have in the lobby is very confusing on price for certain items. Several ppl including myself were told a different price than listed when ordering. Not clearly marked only gives 1 price for lunch items and not the increase for the same items after lunch. I paid $7.42 for cheese vread with pepperoni and it was listed for $5 she states thats the lunch price not the dinner price. It needs to be clearly represented. Good chance me or anyone im with will NOT order anything other than a $5/$6 pizza since we know that price isnt different and told in a non helpful,...

Gotta love stopping to pick up a replacement order where the first order was raw dough and not made correctly and the manager themselves tell you they will replace it. Then you arrive and sit in a drive thru for 30 mins to get to the window for them to say we will make the order fresh so we know its right please pull forward. Then when they bring it out they only bring you half of the order they were supposed to be replacing and tell you if you want it all you have to pay for it because they aren't going to replace it after all just to get you to come back then as you say you won't be eating there anymore they start cussing you as you drive off like its your fault they can't do there job right. The manager there needs to be replaced and they need people to work that actually know how to make the food that they serve because the half of the order they put in the car window still wasn't made correctly. Guess its gonna be Papa John's from here on out because Little Ceasers...

The food is good, don’t get me wrong. The service has so much left to be imagined. Multiple times, my wife has called ahead almost 40 minutes and after arriving, it’s still not even close to being done. Mind you, my wife and I eat plain cheese and pepperoni. Your ENTIRE slogan, is Hot and Ready, time to change it to Incorrect and Late. Then, on multiple occasions we will order over the phone, arrive to pick up the food and items are just fully missing from the order. Then, because it’s not ready and incomplete, my wife and I have to go all the way to the back of the line, just to sit through it again for another 10 minutes because we can’t wait for for our items. Do better, buttsniffers.

Update: The review I wrote, was after my wife is bringing home the food, we opened it, the order was completely wrong for both pizzas. Come on...
