The Daily Grind — Restaurant in Winchester

Hey Daily Grind, I do not have Facebook and I don’t live in Winchester and I needed to contact you about this experience, but I can’t find a phone number or email to privately message, so the only choice I knew of was to post this review. So Daily Grind is honestly the BEST PLACE for chais, smoothies, frappes, especially the chai because the chai your use of a local chai which is superb. I treat myself to a chai every Saturday if I can, but I’ve missed the past two Saturdays due to being out of town. So today when I went I know you all were having some issues with your steamers or something else maybe where you weren’t able to heat any milk and the only milk choice you had was 2% out of like crock pots I think. I normally get an oatmilk chai, but had no choice but to get a 2% chai and I added a syrup as well. I will be honest about this…the chai smelled and tasted chemically. It may have been the flavored syrup or the milk from where it was heated differently, but it was so so not your all’s normal top quality. I tried to drink it, but was honestly worried something was wrong with it and I had to dump it out. I really do budget for these drinks I love them so much and hated to waste my money on that when I had looked forward to it ALL WEEK!! Is there anyway to reconcile this? I will always be a loyal customer, but this just really...

There may be a Starbucks and a McDonalds on the same block, but trust me, the wait here is worth it.

It is going to be busy, and its going to take a bit of time. But you are going to have the freshest coffee around! Plan to wait about 5 minutes. But your options are plentiful here. Use that time you're waiting on the car in front of you to peruse their extensive menu. Don't see something you want or like? Tell the workers what you're wanting and they'll either make it or offer you an excellent alternative!

They're not afraid to experiment, and its always good. Their mochas are delicious, with just the right amount of flavoring. Their cinnamon chai is also delicious! And don't be afraid to ask for your chocolate covered espresso bean, or even an extra if you want ;) it's the perfect...

Absolutely the BEST coffee place EVER! the DG beats Starbucks by a very VERY long shot! Although I must say the Daily Grind coffee has ruined me from getting any other coffee, anywhere else. I believe it could put Starbucks out of business. I know they use a local coffee distributor which I love. Once you try it, you will never go to Starbucks again! I get 1-2 coffees a day, EVERY day from the Daily Grind and I get an extra coffee on Saturday to have for Sunday since they are...
