Taco Bell — Restaurant in Winchester

Stood at the counter 10 minutes, 5 or 6 workers all look up there but no one ever comes to wait on me (i had already placed a mobile order to save time lol jokes on me!) Other people said they'd been waiting 20 minutes. Finally I ask, is anyone working the counter and one worker just shook his head no. I saw a lady standing in the office talking this entire time. May have been a manager. She came up, tool one order and disappeared again. The girl that came in right before me hollered at 1 drive-thru worker and told her she had a mobile order, that worker disappeared never saw her again, and the poor girl who came in right before me was still standing there waiting when I left! Ridiculous! And its been this way the last 3 or 4 times we've went to this taco bell. Won't be going in Winchester anymore!! Literally 46 minutes for get one cravings box and a cheese roll up for my 6yo who was starving after a baseball game and already...

I just want to say for fast food taco bell is one of my favorites, but here lately every time I get it I'm always food that's missing or messed up. Like tonight, I pulled to the side to check my food so I don't hold up the line, and my daughters beefy is missing, no big deal go to the door its locked but they ask what I need and I explain to them about the missing item. They say okay and I wait. 5 minutes later they come out and say I have to go through the drive thru again. By this time it was wrapped around the building. I was upset but I guess it's there policy idk. So anyway I wait back in line, I get the beefy and then when I get home I go to eat my food and I ordered easy lettuce. I can't say they didn't do that because there was 3 pieces on there. All of this combine tonight got under my skin. I gave 2 stars because the employee's are polite and my love for the actual taste of the food when it's prepared correctly...

I don’t know who’s running this store but they need to take a good look in the mirror and really ask themselves if they even care about their job. Why offer mobile order if customers are going to have to go through the drive through anyway because it’s too short staffed (on a Saturday night of all nights)? Why wouldn’t the drive through be closed and just have people come into the establishment? That was you can use the mobile order service that is pushed. Seriously who created this policy? There are so few places in this whole town where you can anything something to eat after 10 and I paid $40 for cold food 30 mins later when I was able to get it. I want to specify that I don’t think it is the individual employees fault, if anything they deserve a hell of a lot more then they are making. A complete failure of management...
