McDonald's — Restaurant in Winchester

I go to this location a lot the night shift and afternoon shifts are extremely horrible! What happened to work ethic or taking pride in where you work! I worked in fast food for years and this McDonald’s just completely sucks! Ice cream machine isn’t broken yall are just being lazy and don’t want to do your jobs! I go here 4 times a week at night and all 4 nights the machine is down that is bull crap! You’re costing the company money! When companies loose money you don’t get raises or bonuses so do your jobs! Another thing unless your on break stay off your phone unless your in a uniform and on the clock stay out from behind the counter! Managers need to start stepping up their game on company policy no phones on the floors while on the clock! Stop letting there husbands wife’s girlfriends kids boyfriends etc come up there and hang out it’s a place of business not a hang out spot! And other issue I have is vaping in the building or smoking in the doorways to the inside of the restaurant! Not washing hands after you vape or smoke is a health violation! Wiping your nose with your hands then touching and wrapping food or making drinks also a health violation! Step your game up management this...

This place is absolutely horrid!!!!!!! My daughter and i went to grab a quick bit before going home. The young man working the first window was super polite. Sooooo we got to the next window the little girl Kaytlynn was super rude while handing our food to us. Its like it was a chore or something. We get home my daughter takes a bite and guess what a freakin curly hair .I called and spoke to a super nice manager Shawn. He assured me he would make it right so back there again. We recieved our order everything seemed fresh and hot. Were home eating and OMG my daughter pulled another dam curly hair between the meat and cheese . Now im pissed i called back spoke with the nice manager. I will go back at 10am with food and hair. These young children need to pay better attention to their job description and focus less on their stupid phones. If you cant do your job at such a young age Im pretty sure you wont be successful as you get older. There is absolutely no reason for such stupidity amongst "children" in a fast food establishment. Not the worst store but not the best either. Their drive thru is absolutely the worst and most confusing, instead of having orders with a wait pull over to a spot they have them pull forward and around to the front of the store. I’m not sure how they normally bring out orders but today I got my order before the car in front of me as did the car behind me and now I’m sandwiched and can’t get out and while the person in front of me not moving a tiny bit more forward while watching me struggle to get out while not hitting them isn’t McDonalds fault but having cars line up that way is and it’s messed up. There are 4 parking spaces right in front we could pull into that would make more sense to use for drive thru orders. But my order was hot and correct so that actually surprised me since McDonald’s sadly is known for not getting...
