Dollar General — Local services in Decherd

This store is nasty. I went in to get a few items and the store was trashed. Product just laying around everywhere, isle blocked with end caps, the shelves are never stocked, rotated or made presentable. Everything is very disorganized including the employees. I was trying to shop and all I kept hearing was what I assume to be a manager and some employees cussing and talking about all the other employees. Look I understand it's hard to find good help and people that want to work, but if you dont change the culture you will not have people that want to come and work. Customers were coming and leaving and listening to the whole conversation which was very distasteful not to mention disrespectful towards the employees whom were mentioned by name...

It's open till 9:00 the lady said so I go in to get what I'm getting and the freezers are down and so I walked out told my husband what was available go to go back in and the doors are locked wythe 8 minutes before 9:00 and she's cutting up laughing in the store with the other employee and had a whole conversation with two other people outside the store...

Well masks are required and apparently keeping your feet stuck to the floor is as well. Worried about mask but cant walk through store without getting stuck to it. Went in at open should have properly mopped sometime this week. If so concern of my mask yet no telling what I was walking on that my feet made sticking noises through out my...
