Wendy's — Restaurant in Winchester

Never go to this wendys. Unless you dont want what you ordered, or how you ordered it. Very dirty and they never get your order right. I've giving this location many tries and somehow, they manage to mess up every time like clock work. Tonight was the final straw, we ordered two bacon'a'tor meals, one plain, both with large fries. Also we ordered one large chili and a cheese fry. When we got to the window to pay, I asked the gumpy gentleman inside to make sure one was PLAIN. Without responding to me, he closed the window and apperently asked the other geniuses inside if one was plain......when he came back to the window and opened it, he assured me that they already began making one plain and the other with everything on it. So like the fool I am for even going back to this dump, I took his word for it and we piad, got the bags, and drove home. When we got home and opened our bags, we learned how dim-witted these employees really are. We recieved two bacon'a'tor's both covered with mayo and a little kechup and our separate order of cheese fries. Only one large fry and no spoon for the chili. We brought it home to eat so the spoon didnt matter much, but if we were on a road trip that would of been horrible. And the missing large fry, ok, whatever, thats fine I guess. But what really got me was that after the very rude guy at the window checked, and than told me to my face, that one bacon'a'tor was definalty going to be plain, it seemed like they put extra mayo on it just to rub it in that they believe they deserve $15 an hour for what they do. Than I try to call this location and it just rings for 20 minutes, I tried to call again and it just kept ringing. I went to this Wendy on Berryville Ave in Winchester this past weekend. I drove thru and ordered large order and woman on intercom was barely audible, possibly they were having some issues with their system. I repeated my order as I believed that she was unable to get my order correctly. This employee started yelling over the intercom that they had already received order I had just placed. This employee was extremely rude and obnoxious. When I went to pick up my order, I paid and she handed me four large drinks and lids on all 4 drinks were not properly placed and they spilled all over me and into my car! I returned all four empty cups as she had seen what happened and didn't offer any help or acknowledge the dilemma that she had provoked by not placing kids correctly. She grabbed the containers and slammed all 4 empty drink cups and holder onto ground right next to where I was parked waiting to pick up my order! I proceeded to park in the waiting order area to clean myself and my car. Luckily I had some wipes. I then proceeded to go inside to cancel my order I get a refund. Well after long wait for manager in charge, i was informed by manager that i could not get refund or that refund would only be half of what i had ordered. Staff started yelling over the manager aggressively yelling at me and blaming me for spilled drinks! Manager obviously didn't or couldn't control his staff. At this point I felt very threatened by the young staff yelling aggresively at me. I'm an elderly woman, 78 years old, handicapped,and I left and never recieved my refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! This is the second time I’ve gotten really bad service at this location. The first time, I went through the drive thru 20 mins before closing with 3 other cars in the line and no one would serve us. We saw workers inside, but no one would come on the intercom. Some customers went and knocked on the door and windows and no one responded. Frustrated we all left. This time the lady on the intercom was extremely rude! I politely asked what oil they used to fry their fries and she yelled at me saying that it was burger joint. I calmly tried to explain why I was asking, but another voice came on and scolded me saying it was up to me to google the information and that they won’t tell me how the fries are made. Then they went silent on the intercom, I called out to them repeatedly! I was confused and didn’t know if they processed my order. When I asked if they got my order then they finally came on and said yes. Extremely disrespectful and condescending! I am furious!!!! I’m never going back to this location!
