Wendy's — Restaurant in Winchester

The first girl that helped us had nasty "hickies" on her neck and a nasty attitude to go with. While ordering my kids meal she didn't ask me which side I would prefer for my daughter, so I asked her what sides are available, she misunderstood thinking I Said "size" and rudely informed me it's a kids meal! So I asked again, louder and clearer and started to name off what the menu said and she interrupted to tell me she could hear and I didn't need to yell. I told her I obviously needed to do something different as I was having to repeat everything. She turned and asked her manager, a lovely black woman of such class, if she could refuse the order. The beautiful lady comes over to ask what happened, I explained, she said there sounds like a misunderstanding. I asked if she didn't mind taking my order and she did so, happily, smiling and apologized for the mess up. She was great. I feel bad for leaving a review after having had her service, but as wonderful as she was, the girl I had to endure needs to be told about. If you stop by here, try to get the manager lady if she isn't busy. She's a beautiful black woman who's demeanor was just awesome, even her interaction with the employees was calm and polite. Approx. 4/24/19. I stopped by Wendys and enjoyed a really good bacon burger it must have had three-quarters inch of meat on it nice thick patties juicy and hot right off the grill. I think the burgers are slightly smaller than I used to be like everything else in this world but the patties are nice Anna tomatoes and lettuce is great.

The bathrooms were in pretty decent shape good hot water. The lounge area in the main lobby had a nice big screen TV and a cozy little table with like in electric digital fireplace that was nice.

Service was excellent and add the GM was very personable and nice. the only thing was the ketchup dispenser was empty and it pushed catsup & Air on my nice white T-shirt of which they apologized for.

the help was newer as I think there's a turnover quite often but staff was excellent and very quick considering they had five or six people in line. I noticed they cleaned the floor and the tables all around me except mine so considering the Minor Details I'm going to give them a 4-star not a five

I will go back at the burgers are excellent and I'm craving one now even thinking about it

This place is pretty ghetto. Service was bad. It took 5min for someone to acknowledge that I was there waiting. It's almost as if they were hoping I would leave since they were attending to the drive through line not the dine in line. On top of that, the dude who helped me started talking to me in Spanish. I'm originally from Hawaii, I understand i may look mexican, but we are in America. Be professional and Speak English as a primary language. Don't assume what nationality people are from the start. To add to the issues here, this establishment needed cleaning. Most of the tables not being used was dirty, the floors needed to be swept, and the windows looked like it wasn't cleaned for weeks. Lastly, the food seemed like it was pre-made, then reheated a few times. The burger meat was half the size of the bun (shrinkage due to multiple cooking), and the fries were cold, This was the WORST Wendys locstion I've been to.
