I made a visit to get the lavender iced Matcha with oat milk the first time I bought it I noticed it was veryyyyy delicious but I only got 4-5 sips and found that I was only left with a cup full of frothy ice and Iām definitely not over exaggerating about the cup full of ice nor my 4-5 sips. So my 2nd trip I asked for less ice so that I could at least enjoy the delicious drink I was told I had to pay more for less ice because less ice means a bit more added products for Starbucks⦠so I said that doesnāt seems fair to the customers because first off all that excessive ice doesnāt allow the customers to get the full benefit of enjoying their already costly drink, and you charging extra for less ice so that the customer can enjoy their already costly drink⦠so whoās winning here is definitely Starbucks 1st they cheat you by adding all that unnecessary ice in the cup and then they charge for less ice⦠you say less ice mean more products going into the cup but Starbucks is the one whoās winning here because excessive ice to begin with which doesnāt allow the customer to really enjoy the full benefit of the drink everyone knows lots of ice means less youāre going to have to drink in the cup so we get less already and an up charge for less ice. So Starbucks has come up with a policy that definitely benefits them and them only cheating their customers #1 lots of ice #2 up charge for less ice the customers are losing out on this one meanwhile Starbucks are definitely the winners so Iāve decided to be the winner and not take my tail end back inside Starbucks again⦠youāre not going to continue to cheat me with all that stupid ice and charge...

Was asked to take it down so I did, but Iām so tired of Starbucks doing what they want here at Ingles in Winder, Ga⦠I have never been charged a no ice fee for not wanting ice due to my teeth being overly sensitive, then I order the same thing from here for the last 6 yrs 2 to 3 times a day and spend over $30 at a time and I even send my customers here, but I get told now they have to pay 88 cents for extra pumps, well they are the ones who made my drink and added extra to it for me to like it then wanna tax me for how they made it, I have complained to management but to no avail Kayla Atherton told them to charge me more, not acceptable, I can go to a Starbucks free standing and not in ingles and pay less then I do here. Iām confused on there business practices and how they treat there customers, not saying all the employees but itās mainly the managers because they canāt keep it staffed enough to take care of the customers needs, yet I still come here I drive 45 mins to get here just to get my coffee, but now I will be contacting Starbucks Corporation about these practices and if they canāt fix it then I will just not buy there coffee.. Iām not gonna pay $10 for a coffee that I canāt get everywhere else for 6 dollars, so please be weary and be coming here cause they donāt care of quality of customer...

So much so, if I go to another Starbucks I have to remember what it is I order. No matter what they always have a smile on their faces. I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks bc of them.
