A roommate was celebrating her birthday this past weekend. As a present, I wanted to cater the party with food from her favorite restaurant, Tacos Cordoba. I called earlier in the week to order 2 catering sized trays of the quesabirria and tortas. There was some miscommunication over the phone and when I arrived Saturday evening, there was only one normal sized order of each. The woman working at the counter took full responsibility despite my pleas that it was because of my terrible Spanish. She fixed the order promptly and gave it to us at half price. It was overly accommodating and really made my night. Everyone at the party commented on how good the quesabirria was. If it's not already, this should be a staple if you live in the Greater Willimantic areas. I cannot recommend this place enough.
