A roommate was celebrating her birthday this past weekend. As a present, I wanted to cater the party with food from her favorite restaurant, Tacos Cordoba. I called earlier in the week to order 2 catering sized trays of the quesabirria and tortas. There was some miscommunication over the phone and when I arrived Saturday evening, there was only one normal sized order of each. The woman working at the counter took full responsibility despite my pleas that it was because of my terrible Spanish. She fixed the order promptly and gave it to us at half price. It was overly accommodating and really made my night. Everyone at the party commented on how good the quesabirria was. If it's not already, this should be a staple if you live in the Greater Willimantic areas. I cannot recommend this...

Edited to add, their prices have kept me from returning. Three years ago their Nopales was $11, burritos were $13, and now it's $16 for the nopales and $18 for a burrito. I'm from SoCal and even now in 2024 no mexican restaurant charges that much for their food. I guess they can charge whatever they want because the competition for mexican food...
