Paula&Jane Boba Cafe — Restaurant in Windham

The place is great and the boba is the best I’ve tried but when I went today they wanted to charge me more to fill up my cup because I asked for no ice which is not the first time and they never charged me extra. Not everyone likes ice. I spent almost $30 on only drinks and they couldn’t fill up my large cup without ice. I find that to be a little ridiculous. I also notice that the card you give them to sign after every purchase to get a free one it’s a medium size which it’s considered a small. These drinks are not considered cheap and people tend to purchase more large ones. They make a whole lot of money and it would only be fair for the person who completes the card to get a large as an appreciation towards your community for giving you such a good name to your...

I came in with a friend for the first time and we were immediately greeted with friendliness and smiles. The staff were very patient as they waited for us to select drinks. We did not try any of the food, but the drinks were amazing. We only had to wait about five minutes or so. I ordered a brown sugar boba and it was so sweet! Especially after I stirred it around, and there was plenty of drink in the size large cup. The decorations were beautiful and pink, I can tell the place is well maintained. One of the best boba places we’ve ever been to and we’ve been to many boba places in Florida and along the East coast. The best we’ve found in Connecticut by far! I got the volcanic Thai tea and my wife got the brown sugar milk tea. They were both delicious but if you’re feeling for something sweeter get the brown sugar milk tea. The boba itself tasted fresh and was nice and chewy. We also shared a croissant topped with whipped cream and biscoff cookie crumbs. It was scrumptious! We can’t wait to come back and try more!
