Dunkin' — Restaurant in Windsor Township

Are used to really enjoy this Duncan… But I’ve gone there twice in the last week and the first time I had to wait in the drive-through for 20 minutes making me late for work and the second time I tried asking the cashier if she could check and see if a mobile order came through. That was the exact same as the order I had just placed in the drive-through and, because nobody there speaks great she thought that meant that I wanted to order two of what I ordered at the drive-through and charged me for two coffees… Which I had to wait for because I had to wait for the second one and apparently there was not a manager on duty that could refund me. so I will not be stopping at Dunkin anymore. Two bad experiences is all it takes for someone to just never...

Brandon & Nas are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I visit this location several times a week & these two typically work evenings. They run a tight ship to say the least. They truly are the freaking best & deserve a raise. Especially Brandon! With the world being what it is today, it can be quite brutal sometimes. Over the past few years I feel there has been a major decrease in customer service overall/ generally speaking. Regardless what service/ store. Brandon & Nas made me realize that good work ethic within our youth still does exist & I strongly feel that when it’s experienced, it needs to be shared. It also needs to & should be praised/ recognized. Not with a Dunkin gift card either. They’re the reason I continue going and paying way too much...

I'd give a 0 if I could. I tried and tried again to allow this dunkin donuts to improve but time and time again they have disappointed me. Hardly toasted begals, or burnt pick ur choice I finally gave up n order them to cook at work. Now I o9ve their coffee and this is why I keep returning in hopes of better food service. I am a tipper and how disappointed can an individual be when they go to eat their so called toasted begal it be either totally uncooked or over cooked.
