(I wish I could give this place zero stars, but it’s not an option) To start my very lengthy review.. I am going off my most recent visit at Dunkin'’. To start off, the woman in the drive-thru speaker was extremely rude and impatient. She was very short with me saying phrases like, “uh huh, yeah, and sure.” I had expressed to the woman that I wanted two medium iced lattes that Dunkin’ has a special for $2. She let me get completely done ordering to tell me that it wasn’t the special and I had to get an iced coffee. I said, “Okay, can I please have the iced coffees the same way..unsweetened french vanilla with skim and the other unsweetened hazelnut with skim.” The woman on the speaker said “yeah, yeah, I got you..please pull up.” So, I pull up to the drive thru window. They over charged me $6, when my order was only supposed to be $4. Then, she had to get her manager to fix her mistake. However, she didn’t bother to check what I ordered or tell me a price, she took my money out of my hand. Just to find out that she overcharged me. I got the correct amount of change back from her manager. Her manager also seemed to have a nasty attitude.I personally don’t like to bring race into matter like these, but I am starting to believe maybe it was simply me they did not like. After I finally receive my coffees I then begin to pull off. One of my cups was leaking coffee because the drive-thru lady had shaken my cup vigorously. To say the least the coffee was dripping all over my cup holder. Then, on to my hand. I get home to realize.. the drive-thru lady didn’t give me any straws or napkins. THE GAVE ME A COFFEE FULL OF SUGAR THAT I CANNOT HAVE FOR DIETARY PURPOSES. After I made it a point that I need a sugar free coffee. I will not be going to this Dunkin’ anymore. It is absolutely terrible and I would not.. let me say that again.. NOT recommended this coffee spot to anyone. Please save your money and go somewhere...
Read moreI started going to this Dunkin when we moved to the area over a year ago. Wawa is my coffee home but as it's not an option here Dunkin is (usually) a close 2nd. Sadly, I've had to throw away so many lousy cups of coffee. A few times I drove about ten minutes away from the store before I realized they served me something undrinkable. Once was supposed to be a hot coffee which to my dismay on an early morning commute was ice cold and I had to turn around and go back. When I told them what happened they just said pull around and replaced it with another. No coupon, no free coffee on next visit. NOTHING! I was late for my kid's doctor appt because of it too. This also happened to my sister (but with an ice cold breakfast sandwich). Neither time were either of us compensated in any way. I've gone through a few times with my kids hoping for an afternoon snack and they were out of many of the varieties of donuts and we'd settle on what was left to find it stale. After about three of those instances we started just going to Giant for donuts (usually fresher and cheaper). Then they hiked up their prices to $2.11 for a medium coffee. I can't go back. I should be smacked for all the times I've given them chance after chance. I only continued to go because there's nowhere nearby to get a good cuppa. Today was like the fifth or sixth time in a row that I was served the most undrinkable cup of coffee and I'm so done with throwing money out the window. I will drive 20 minutes away to get a decent cup at one of the cheaper Dunkins in York. This place has seen the last of...
Read moreI had the most atrocious customer service at this location today. I ordered my usual latte, not THAT difficult to make, but for some reason...everyone but a couple of people at this location, can't seem to manage to make it. I tasted the latte, it didn't seem quite right. So I shook it, to try and mix it more, and the woman at the window said, "that's what you get," when the lid popped and spilled in my car. I thought it was just joking...but I was very wrong. I hand the latte back, saying it must be difficult to make...and she walks away, saying, "no, YOU'RE the one that's difficult." I excused myself and asked her what the hell kind of customer service is that? She proceeds to degrade me, another associate joining in and telling me to make my damned drink myself, if I don't like it. I ask for the district manager's number, they refuse to give it to me. I ask for their names, they refuse to give them to me. I almost went to pull away, but realized I didn't want to give them ANY of my money and pulled back to get a refund. The girl has the NERVE to tell me to have a good day, after being a complete JERK to me. I am NEVER mean when I ask for my drink to be remade. WHAT THE HELL? I am completely disgusted and waiting on hold with corporate at...
