Heard about this place and wanted to learn more. Brand new brewery in Windsor not far from Russian River and across the street from Barley & Bine.
Came in for a flight and was blown away by the experience. The beers are amazing, offering a wide range of styles, and they have big plans for what’s to come. They are literally just getting started and their first batch of beers impressed us both.

I am an avid IPA drinker but after sampling CUVER's lineup of Belgian beers I may have changed my favorites list. Their beers are absolutely fabulous, I enjoyed every one of the 7 samples in the extended flight!! Cuver's use of Belgian yeast sets their brews apart from the rest of the pack. The Dark and Golden Abbey ales are perfection. The seasonal Devil's Bell IPA was just as amazing as the Abbey Ales.
