Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Windsor

Not sure what happened with this location. It used to be one of my favorite locations. Employees don't seem to really care or want to be there. Ordering at the counter seemed to be more of an effort than it should have to been. While seated at our table we could see and over hear the mess with other customers and the backup. Seemed like orders weren't done when promised, customer were not being helped, customer standing around for a long time and upset, an excuse for every issue that came up. When our order was done, we could over hear another employee say something in the lines of "I don't know where they are sitting, go around, look and figure it out". When we got our food, we were missing our ranch for our twists, we kindly asked if we get ranch with our twist, the employee didn't seem to know and had to go ask another employee. We felt as that was a missed training point, not the employee's fault however, when we asked for cheese, we were rudely told it was up front. The last three visits to your Windsor, CA location were not pleasant the first one , I ordered a pizza over the phone it was late . I specifically asked if it was to late for delivery said no they took my order billed my account said it would be an hour. an hour goes by no pizza waited for another ten minutes nothing call no answer, went by the next morning. they said they voided the transaction and offered a free pizza. The second time went to cash the free pizza took my order waited an hour they didn't notify me in any way that it was ready the pizza was cold when i got it home again they offered a free pizza . Even though I had to wait a little longer than estimated delivery time on a Friday night, it was so worth it! I have ordered delivery from here many times, but this was the first time we tried the grilled chicken club sandwich and it was off the hook AWESOME!!! Absolute BEST sandwich I ever had! Also ordered the Hot Buffalo boneless chicken wings & and they were so hot, spicy & delicious! Also ordered the parmesan twists....so yummy! They make the BEST pizza anywhere in my opinion. Love their garden salads too! Thank you for always delivering orders that are hot as if they just came out of the oven & fresh, cool salads & dressings. Love your location close to my home.
