Paradise Burger And Kitchen — Restaurant in Windsor

My husband and I have eaten here on several occasions! Always excellent food - service was ok depending on who was working, nothing to stop us from returning Until last night - Friday, November 30.at 4:35 pm I called on an order for a kids meal - hamburger, fries and soda. I was told the meal didn’t come with soda any longer. Ok, can we please have lettuce and tomato on the burger - sure that will be extra Also a bacon cheese burger & fries Ok, 20 minutes your order will be ready I called back in 10 minutes and said please make the cheeseburger with no fries - al la cart They told me too late order was already done We jumped in the car and dashed up there because we didn’t want our food to be cold! They rang up our bill and it was almost $24 I said excuse me.... $24 for two burgers? I don’t know if they have changed owners or what but NO way am I paying $24 So, he proceeded to inform me everything was an add on, bacon & cheese . New menu and new prices There use to be a bacon and cheese burger on the menu...and $1.75 for lettuce & tomato on the kids burger I said no gave then back their paper and took my credit card and walked out. Within two minutes a lady called me claiming to be the owner and told me I was not allowed back in her restaurant! WOW - as a previous restaurant owner, not exactly what I would of done What happened to customer service?

Sad because they have always had great burgers- SUPERBURGER you have a new family...

Paradise Burger and Kitchen is my favorite place to go on my lunch break! Their food is delicious! And their service is always so friendly fast and kind. Ricardo, the owner always has a big beastie on his face and always remembers my name!

I absolutely L💛VE their Kale 🥬 Salad with the grilled salmon on top. It is perfection! Never overdone or dry, which I hate, it’s always super moist, tender and flaky. I’m not usually a huge fan of kale, but when I tried their Kale Salad…I was blown away! It’s chopped up very finely, all the big hard fibrous veins are removed and I think they massage it so it’s very tender and delicate. The dressing is light, citrusy, refreshing and crisp! The perfect summer lunch!

I should definitely mention the burgers are off the hook! But I always want to take a nap instead of go back to work lol. Not good when I’m injecting patients faces. So again the Kale Salad is my #1 for lunch! Not to be confused for the Kale Caesar.

Brownie points for their kids burgers too which come with french fries! Small and perfect size for my 7 yr old twins.

Paradise Burger and Kitchen is not to be missed! They are genuinely happy to see you walk in! Everyone always goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. It’s a great place with fresh, made to order food and...

We were regular customers of Paradise Burger until our last visit. The service is always slow, but the food is very good. This time we sat and waited for over 5 minutes and when the server/manager brought menus we told him we didn’t need them and were ready to order. He said he needed an order pad and would be right back. We waited as we watched him serve a to-go order (totally understandable) then take menus to a couple that came in 5-10 minutes after us, THEN HE TOOK THEIR ORDER! Then he took the order of a man who came in after the other couple. Inexcusable. As I said, their kitchen is always slow so getting behind these two tables would have meant another 20 minutes.
