Online order using the app Pizza paid with credit card used 20X plus Delivered to address used 20X plus Delivery guy wants my ID & my Credit card. Not -
What a waste of time. I was told that this is a New Policy for over a month now. Not true I order less than 2 weeks ago, with no issues.
ATTENTION Franchise Owner, Your store manager & driver said that this policy was put in place because of a lot of fraud that took place in 1 day.
So now in addition to the fraud, pizzas are being returned to the store by smart individuals who believe it may be a bit unsafe sharing your photo ID and credit to someone delivering a pizza that you paid for online (2019 that’s very odd)
After all of the work Domino’s corporate has done to create the excitement around using this app to order pizza. It’s a shame that the solution for a combating a few bad actors is to f it up with ideas which are not in sync with corporate marketing.
Recommendation:: Reply updating everyone that you have ended this policy. Part of running a business is knowing that some bad people will commit fraud (don’t deliver to that address anymore) but don’t penalize the thousands of order placed, paid and delivered to your good customers.
Last of all, how you say what you say is most important. There should never be a reason for the delivery person or manager of your store to have an attitude with a customer.

Read moreCalled to place an order today at 11am. Called back at 12pm to obtain an ETA. I was told that only one delivery person was working today and they were not able to provide me with an ETA. Called back again at 12:25pm to inquire if it was too late to cancel my order. I was then told that they couldn’t find my order that I already paid for!!! The person who originally took my order (cooper)acted as if he never spoke to me. He then told me to hold on while he called his manager on a different phone. The best part is another worker by the name of Jalennie advises cooper that she called the driver and cancelled my order.. apparently the driver was on his way. I then advised cooper to please send the driver since I paid for the order and my children had been waiting over an hour. Jalennie then stated in the background “no your order has been cancelled!”(the order that they couldn’t find was cancelled smh). Cooper then yelled “listen unless you have cash we can not send you your order because we cancelled it already(the order was already charged on my card). I asked for their names to my surprise cooper advised me he didn’t know jalennie’s name then stated he didn’t want to tell me his name.
Corporate has been contacted. I contacted the dominos in east granby and my order arrived within 45mins. They are now my new preferred location(20mins away from my house but respect and dignity...
Read moreI've worked for this same company for about a year and ill tell you this 2.7 is very generous the stuff that goes down in that store is horrible. The drivers are amazing they give great service made a lot of very close and trustworthy friends, But the managers other than myself and one other are horrible they are disgusting they don't wash their hands they constantly use expired products they put drugs through the oven myself and others witnessed another manger do so and brags about it the same manger comes to work with liquor so she is constantly intoxicated on the job there has been maggots in the makeline and ants under it. Their active GM is a felon with 2 warrants she is very careless and disgusting.
