Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Windsor

We ordered two pizzas, a large and a medium. After 4 bad experiences with toppings done incorrectly, I always check our pizzas now when we carryout. This time I show up and my medium pizza (1/2) had one half with bacon and black olives and one half with double pineapple - obviously a pretty easy order. Well I check it and one half has the bacon and black olives and one had pepperoni. So I told her I'd like them to correct the toppings and not make another pizza. Well after waiting for 10 mins with a pizza getting cold, I called from the parking lot to ask what's going on. That task should have taken 2 minutes. She said the pizza is done and she'll bring it out. Well she brought the pizza, I said thank you and then checked it as she was walking off and see that instead of double pineapples, there is pepperoni and a few pineapples sloppily thrown on, not even reading half the slices. I told her it was yet again wrong but didn't have time to deal with it (my husband had a video mtg from home in 20 mins and I wanted him to be able to eat with us). At home I find out that the other pizza had 2 pieces of one half of toppings also done wrong. How difficult is it to look at a screen and correctly put on 3 toppings?!?! I seriously believe that my cousin who has DS could have done our order correctly. Dave was the topping guy and probably shouldn't hold that position anymore since he could not get it right TWICE! I usually order from here and don't have any problems, but Friday was the worst experience ever. I placed my order online for a future time figuring that by the time I make home from work everything will be done. I got the notification that my food was ready and it wasn't. I asked where my food was, they told it would be ready in a few minutes. I thought that was strange since they just said it was done but ok. Mind you I set the time for 6:30pm and arrived at 6:43pm. By 6:50, I'm back in the store and my food is still no where to be found. They tell me again, just a few more minutes and it should be right up. It's now 7pm. 7:10, no pizza and they are just now realizing that "someone else picked up my order!" I don't get my food until 7:30!!!! I was very patient and understanding, even though they could have cared less. And to add insult to injury, they tried to charge me 2 extra dollars on an already 50 dollar order that they didn't take any money off of for the inconvenience!!!...

I called in to place a delivery order and received a call back from a women with an ugly attitude stating they where not going to send a delivery driver out because where I worked was "shut down" . I tried to explain to her that it was purchased and people lived there. She then said well I'm not sending a driver out there you can come pick it up tho. So i just said okay and hung up before it got ugly. Then i got there.... After it took three people trying to find my food I asked "so what is it that I can do to get yall to deliver there again"? Her response was "we have corporate rules". So afain I said " no i understand i just want to know what i need to do to get delivery out there again"? She then ignored me and walked away. I am not happy about the way i was treated at all concidering we call them at least three times a week and every time its a delivery we tip very well. Food is good. Just not the service that...
