Dunkin' — Restaurant in Windsor

Don't bother, find another dunkin. They consistently mess up orders. We have tried giving them opportunities but they constantly mess up the order. The sticker can show the correct order but they make something else, or just put in the order wrong completely. Today for example I ordered a egg sandwhich and was given grilled cheese and the woman inside asked what I thought was wrong with it after bringing it to her attention. When asking for a refund you will get told "we can't do that" due to no manager being on site and the are unable to complete that type of transaction. Incompetent. And it seems like they have the highest turn around of employees as we never see the same people at that location. I can understand the once in awhile mistake, but when the last 3 visits have all been filled with mistake after mistake with no resolution on their part, it's pointless to return to...

you would think that almost 6 months into a pandemic people would know how to wear PPE properly but apparently not. yesterday the person preparing my food was wearing a face shield without a mask, which doesn’t do anything to protect droplets from landing into the food being prepared. today the person preparing my food had her mask under her nose, and the person from the day prior was still wearing her shield without a mask. the staff are always friendly, but looks like they could use some education on PPE especially when working in food service. definitely not trying to bash them as i respect their frontline work, but just pointing out some...

It was horrible today. There was an extremely long wait. The person manning the window was careless with handling cash and food with no gloves. She was hanging out of the window handing out the orders with her mask pulled down. It was weird. I ordered a small black coffee. The cup was only half full. It was like they were rationing the coffee. I showed it to the person at the drive thru. She filled the coffee to the top, but I couldn't bring myself to drink it.
