Dunkin' — Restaurant in Windsor

I'll be honest, I'm from Florida. I'm in CT visiting a friend. One thing I hear about New England is that your Dunkin's are amazing. Well after my drive-thru experience here, I don't believe that at all...

I waited 24 minutes in the drive-thru line, it took so long because the staff kept messing up people's orders and people would ask them to remake their food/drink. Or people would tell the staff that they missed an item. Never in my life have I ever waited 24 minutes in a drive-thru, unless it was the grand-opening of an establishment.

Once I arrived to the window, I quickly paid, since I was really hungry. But guess what happened? They messed up my order! AND my breakfast sandwich was UNDERCOOKED 😍. I'm not exaggerating when I say this, but I wouldn't feed that sandwich to a dog on the side of the street.

If you want to wait 20+ minutes in a drive-thru line AND have your order messed up, this is the perfect place! Truthfully, I'm shocked that this store has a 4 star rating. If everyone in the drive-thru line on Saturday, August 23 rated this place, it would probably drop to 2 stars.

Ultimately, I'm sad that my Dunkin' experience here in New England was horrible. I've never had this experience in any Dunkin' in Florida. If anyone knows any good Dunkin' stores around the Hartford area, please let me know! Because based off of this, Florida Dunkin' is much...

I don't know if this place used to be better but how does it have four stars? I've been here three times. The first time the registers were broken so they couldn't process any orders. Whatever it happens, bad timing, but they didn't tell that to anyone waiting in line. There was a customer yelling at them, which was inappropriate and probably very distracting, but the least someone can do if you see a customer walking in the door is let them know they can't place an order so they don't waste time standing around for nothing. Second time was normal. Not great not bad. Third time I try to order this location from doordash. I get a decaf latte. They accept the order but then once the Dasher gets all the way over there THEN they tell the Dasher they don't have "decaf or lattes." Obviously I understand not having decaf but did you run...

It's been twenty minutes after placing a mobile order, and I still don't have the Munchkin donuts or the iced coffee. I'm inside now, and still waiting. I'm bringing the other part of the order (a sandwich and hash browns) to a coworker, and somehow that came out ten minutes ago. By the time I finally get the Munchkins and the iced coffee, I'll be bringing my coworker cold food. I do not recommend, because I find it absurd that they've managed to make the hot sandwich and hash browns before collecting some Munchkins and making an iced coffee. Terribly slow, and seems kind of backwards. Oh, and I'm still in here waiting for nearly thirty minutes now.
