Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Winfield Township

Food here is terrible most of the time. I'd say that I was impressed with my food maybe 2 times in the last 5+ years.

Usually everything is either made under cooked or very sloppy and the toppings are a little light compared to every other store Ive ever been to.

Last night in a rush I ordered food and made the mistake of not checking it before I left. 10 minutes down the road I decided to eat a slice and all of my food was a mess. The crust was literally clumped together on my deep dish and ICB and my classic Pepperoni was under cooked and wet looking on top.

Called the store and talked to LAUREN (just called the store back and found out this is the store's GM, insane! No wonder all of the other reviews I see talk about rude employees. Must be how she trains her staff to represent the brand)who was very rude, refused to refund my online order, then proceeded to slam the phone down so hard it made my ear ring. Tried calling back and surprise no answer.

Stay away from this store if possible and Little Caesars you need to fire that manager, she's terrible and this is not my first bad interation with her. I've called your Customer service line several times the last yr and half and have never heard back from the area supervisor as requested and promised.

10/19/25 When I go into the Little Caesars store and order... I expect to receive exactly what I ordered! Well, that is why I am leaving this review. I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered 3 pizzas. 2 classic pepperoni pizzas and 1 extra most bestest pepperoni pizza, and 2 crazy combos. I drove all the way home thinking they had gotten my order correct.. cuz why wouldn't they?! It wasn't that large of an order. They did not give me my extra most bestest pepperoni pizza. I got 3 classic pepperoni pizzas instead. That were under cooked! We had to throw them in the oven to cook them more. Guys name who took my order was Caleb.

I also tried calling the Winfield location where I went in and ordered from.. and they did NOT answer whatsoever! I waited on the phone for 10 whole minutes (twice!) Little Caesars please hire people that love their job. We are trying to feed our families easily. ALSO just look at the REVIEWS for the Winfield & Merrillville locations!! Something is not right! So tonight my wife ordered three pizzas for myself, her and our daughter after waiting before 2 hours for our pizzas. After watching all of their business come in and go out, our food was neither hot nor fresh. In fact, one pizza was made wrong. The manager was alerted. He looked at my wife and said I'm sorry. What do you want me to do about it? We're short-staffed and we are closing early. Mind you no orders on the screen. No one calling. No one at the store. Three other employees in the back. This is the absolute most trash. Worst service I have ever received at a Little Caesars. I get it hot, fresh, cheap pizza. It's not always going to be great. This is absolutely ridiculous. 2 hours for three pizzas only for it to be wrong and to be told. What do you want me to do about it? We're closed at 8:00. Almost positive they close at 11:00.
