I have went here the 3 times this past week, the first time was just me because I needed food on my lunch break. I ordered the special edition deluxe chicken sandwich and it is supposed to come with bacon. There was none on it and way too much sauce. I called them and they said they would get it fixed and wrote my name down for me to get it later. The second time was for my 3 kids and me and everything was messed up. One kids meal didn't have pickles or cheese and I added cheese, pickles usually come with it on a burger. The chicken nugget happy meal didn't come with any sauce and I also asked for another hamburger happy meal this one was add a cheese light mustard add extra pickles and got no pickles and so much mustard it was hard to eat. All the fries tasted old too like they had been sitting out for awhile. I also had gotten a quarter pounder for my son and they put way too much mustard on that as well and didn't even add the mayo. Went there again today but this time I mentioned how they put my name down, I told them the date that I called up there and talked to them. And just because I couldn't remember the managers name who talked to me they couldn't find my name in there book. Well they still put it down for me anyways and I asked them to please make sure there was bacon on it and they said they would. Get home and got the same exact thing as last time, no bacon and way too much sauce. I'm so tired of them messing my food up Everytime. I pay for it, I should get it exactly how I ordered it because some stuff cost extra and it's not like I'm asking for a refund, I'm just wanting them to get the food right. Each time it was the same shift. It was there night shift. Day shift I haven't had very many problems. The guy who is always at the window he is always very nice and makes sure I get my receipt Everytime I go there and I appreciate that so much! I go there mainly for my kids but idk, I'm getting tired of going if it is going to continue getting...
Read moreThank you to the young man at the window of Winfield Ks. McDonald's, my dollars stuck together and I overpaid. He actually did his JOB!! Wow!!! Knew how to count money ( something I wish they taught in school, how to count money forward and back, it helps the mind with reasoning skills, it developes young peoples patience, manners, and keeps you from getting ripped off its a way to teach critical thinking skills from such a simple old school practice. Like cursive it writes and wires the mind ) THANKS AGAIN he gave me back my money and I praised him for being so honest!!! I was so tired I would not have known...it was nice to meet an honest person!!! The food was fine, I really hate the hay we will give you a discount but have an app on your phone 1st... I was in line ( no time to install app before ordering :( so discriminated again for not having an app, not using an app, and some people might not have cell phones... I know a few... Forget skin color etc,,, We are the have apps have nots... Tell me I'm wrong?? And race, gender, age, religion, national origin, do not enter the playing field.. well thats not exactly true is it? you can get on the field if you install an (app!!) :)
Give discounts to all if your going to give it... Been years now, Dillons app still messed up and I don't get the deals and they can't fix it so they just said sol...:( Years several cards none work due to something with our name, and account and and and and who else has our name messed up the app and now I dont get 🤔

Read moreTerrible experience. Went through the drive-thru and when I got to the window the cashier tried to charge me for the wrong order. When I told them what my order was I handed them my credit card and they ran it without confirming with the total was. I asked and then they told me. I asked for a receipt and they told me that their printer was broken. We got to the window and they handed me the wrong order. As I was going through the bag, the guy at the window told me that he had my real order. During all of this confusion he was handing me my drinks. When I pulled away my wife informed me that we were missing one sandwich and one drink. So I turned back around and went inside. When I explain what happened they ask for my receipt and I told them what the cashier told me in regards to the printer being broken. The lady was really nice about it and didn't hassle me. She went back and ask for the double cheeseburger that I was missing. The guy who appeared to be the kitchen manager was having too good of a Time to listen and got the order wrong again. He then proceeded to try to blame the lady who was helping me but I heard her ask for the correct sandwich. He didn't listen. It took way too long to fix a simple order. As an aside the ice machines were broken. Another customer came up and asked for ice and was told there was none in the restaurant. This didn't affect me as I got what I asked for but was it unimpressive in the least. Will probably be going to Wendy's or Sonic the next time I'm...
