This place is awful. Please do not waste your time or money here. I walked 45 with my SERVICE ANIMAL and my girlfriend. we walked in. I had to pee so I went to the bathroom and I’m looking around for her and she is no where to be found we were near the front of the bar I go outside and she is sitting outside I asked her what she was doing and the dude who was working told her that the owner doesn’t like dogs I kept my cool and I was talking to my girlfriend about it to get everything straight I walked back in and confronted him about it and he told me that he just said that because he didn’t know what the rules and laws where and I told him that policy doesn’t trump law because you can’t reject a service animal. I told them about the conditions I have and why and they didn’t really care. I’ve read a lot of the negative reviews and it always revolves around bad customer service. Change something about this fire everyone rehire better people. Reteach them customer service and hospitality. Maybe have a class about service animals. I told him that’s scary because if I where to file a lawsuit they could get shut down and they could loose they’re jobs. I also tried to get them to call the owner or a manger because this is a huge mistake in the future im gonna try again and see if I can make some money off of stupidity. I have told a lot of my friends and family members to stay away from this...

Update: They got my number and called me (don't like that), and said they were sending me coupons, likely to try and get me to change my review. Not happening, there was an email saying "here are some coupons" with no coupons attached. Not sure if they're just trying to mock me or if this is their idea of "professional", or they're just incompetent and creepy. At this point, I'm done trying. You've permanently lost my business through being rude.

You might not get anything if you make an online order, don't use a card. Made a delivery order and am so glad I didn't pay with a card. They haven't shown up or bothered making a call explaining they'd be late or why there would be a delay. Food's fine when you dine in, but any business that takes delivery orders and doesn't bother delivering isn't one you should be giving your money to. I called many times and each time I tried to figure out where my food was these morons hung up on me.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.. I can say with confidence this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I ever had. The staff were rude and wouldn't bother to ask us what we wanted and after about an hour we left. What would happen is all the bartenders buddies would come in after us and he would immediately serve them first despite our group being there before them. I also witnessed the bartenders taking shots while on the job so that is also a statement of there professionalism. This place also gives off some weird vibes so if you're considering bringing your family I would turn around and walk out to any other place than this because it isn't worth the drama. If you look at other reviews, the ones with low ratings I think are the most accurate because it wouldn't surprise me if you ordered food and they never...
