Appalling experience with this company. They don't inventory at your house, take items for auction without your permission, everything is super lowballed on the auction. They only cater to the buyers, not the sellers. OWNER says his part time workers conveniently Don't work for him after the auction but I'll bet there is camera footage on his docks for months of different auctions these same workers have worked. He never called me, talk to me about how his auction worked, never gave me a copy of the signed contract I personally had to go down to his bldg and ask for it 2.5 weeks later. Was it withheld purposely, conveniently? I'll never know. He also won't discuss who bought, recvd your property, probably...

Poor management. Stuff from my lot has come up stolen multiple times. Craig has failed to approve bids, then blames auction software.

I totally love going to this place! Every time I go there I am treated like an old friend. I go to look at items and sometimes I just go in to see Coco. Ha, the biggest, nicest, dog I have ever been around. I get a BIG welcome wag soon as I step out of my car! Seriously though, when I stop in to pick up anything I may have bought from the auction, someone always takes it to my car for me. They are always helpful and willing to find things for you .
