If I were rating just on atmosphere, it would get a 3-4.
But flavor and intensity and details of the coffee are bottom line, and then everything else comes after.
Coffee should taste like chocolate, vanilla, caramel, pistachio...nice things like that.

That's an arrogant way of looking at things. Go to one of the local food co-ops, get a bag of equal exchange love buzz, midnight sun, or french roast and learn how blunt, insulting and inferior your coffee is on the tongue.
Regarding sweetener, it's so thoughtful that you carry sweetener options for those of us who are diabetic or with other blood sugar issues. Oh wait, you don't, because you're typical.
Stow your ego and improve, or stagnate in mediocrity. It's your choice. Shoot, even Kwik Trip's Kona Blend Americano's (for $1.29 a cup no less) blow your coffee out of the water.
