Something has to be said for consistency. Unfortunatly this one store has been consistent in the wrong areas. Consistent with bad service, and bad quality. Nor do they care. I've even heard the manager cursing weather with other employees or to custmers. There were 3 females working at the time and you could tell which one was the manager because the other 2 would always look to her and she would then say things not in english and with an attitude. All the while telling me every excuse as to why my order was the way it was. I have been ordering the same drink since the day the it went on sale like 5 years ago. She argues with me when I tell her that the (Caramel Iced Latte) one my co-worker picked up for me the day before seemed like milk with a splash of I guess coffee. An I don't think there was any caramel. She says that he must've ordered an iced coffee and not a latte. (impossible since the coupon was for a latte) So I asked her....Then what is the problem with this one (a medium C.S. Iced Latte) I just bought. It's exactly the same one I ordered the day before. My point is not that they just seem to overload the drinks with cream/milk/whatever. It's the fact that she wants to get loud with me an tell me i'm wrong and then proceed to say that its because it was whole milk insted of skim. I've never ordered skim milk in any drink i've ever had and i've always been able to taste the flavor of the expresso and caramel. Please stop the profanity when there's customers around, don't argue with the customers and start speaking different languages after arguing with a customer. And especially PLEASE stop trying to pass off your milk with a splash of coffee as your...
Read moreThe staff is very friendly, and they have yet to get an order wrong in the past year I've been living here.
Update: Since the ownership transferred back in the last quarter of 2022, working conditions have declined to the point where it affects everyday service. Understaffing has become a major problem as there are far less workers on the floor than usual, and senior staff have either quit to save their own sanity or otherwise fired. In fact, the leadership that were assigned were either incompetent at managing the store or were transferred elsewhere.
Many of the current employees are brand new to the workforce with little leadership available to train them. Though they are friendly, I'm concerned about the amount of stress being put on them as they figure out the store procedures themselves with limited guidance. Employees from other stores sometimes come by to help out, but I only foresee conditions getting worse.
I can no longer recommend this particular store after learning about the unfair treatment the workers are getting as the upper management lambasts them for not being good enough. This is a minimum wage, entry-level job that introduces more stress and physical labor than healthy, but I suppose that's the nature of the fast food industry. That said, there is a Wawa right next door if you need a place on your way to work, and if you don't want to leave your car, just place an order on the Wawa app for curbside and it should be only a couple minutes slower than going through...
Read moreThis is the second time I’ve been in Sicklerville DD and they either get your order wrong or forget to give you your items. The attitude you get from some of the girls is as if you’re bothering them. Then you can’t pay with cash because it’s inconvenient while they do the cash drawer. Today I get home and find they forgot a donut and made a sloppy breakfast sandwich. I call and advise and they say to come back. When I arrive, the donut is in a bag on the counter and no one turns around to acknowledge me or apologizes for my inconvenience. I had to get the girls attention to ask if the bag was mine and brought up the fact that I had to drive from home to pick up a doughnut they forgot. I asked for a free doughnut for my inconvenience. The manager replied, “you can get a refund, or take your doughnut”! As I said to her, I’ll make sure everyone I know who comes here will know how you treat your customers. You can spend your money and get treated much better, especially when you’re inconvenienced as much as you are...
