So I ordered from the Arbys app 100% no issues from that and pretty on point for pick up time and no issues with orders after several uses. I left with my wife and dog to go pick it up at the drive through. order was done perfectly. what makes me add this review is I asked if I could get a slider or a slice of roast beef for the dog. some places do have things for animals. the person at the window was a nice young girl who said she will talk to her manager and see. she comes back with a box and I have my card out ready to pay. after being handed the box and her taking the card we check the inside of the Arbys regular box u get from any of the roast beef sandwiches and its literally a slice. no issue there at all its the slice I ask for and I don't mind paying for a slice. personally I'm thinking ok they have something for dogs or they can price it by weight. nope, I get the receipt for $5.03 for their price of 1 classic roast beef. but I get a slice of roast beef. now I don't blame the girl at the front window for doing what she was told by her boss. but that was scummy if that was exactly what she was told to do and shameful on the higher ups to tell their employee to do that. at this point I was slightly pulled forward and about to drive and reversed back to the window. (thankfully no one behind me.) opened the box and said its kind of messed up that I'm being charged like this for a slice and would rather just get the sandwich that I paid for. (going back I said a slider or a slice of roast beef would be fine.) they took the box back and put the normal amount of meet a classic would have in the box and handed it to me. the boss gave zero feeling of caring about this situation like ehhhh its just another customer here some more meat move on vibe. zero customer service score for her but 7/10 for the young girl for trying. sadly lack of communication on hey we don't do anything special for dogs you have to buy something. we could do A a slider or we could do B a classic roast beef. not charge a full classic and give a slice of roast beef. this happened at 6:30pm 2/28/25 order id AABBHMS6AJCB . I don't crazy out of this world service but I expect fair and none scummy...
Read moreThe encounter today at the drive thru with the "manager" who didn't have a name tag or want to tell me her name on World Kindness Day was anything other than kind. Nevermind the lack of respect and professionalism. I am one of the "good ones" when it comes to delivery drivers, being professional and respectful and I am TIRED of being treated like this. (Yes, I'm looking for a better career fevently.) The young lady did NOT want to have a conversation or reason. When I asked questions and wanted to know what changed in a particular policy because I was JUST here yesterday, I was further badgered as to the time I came. If the policy you are enforcing is supposedly for my benefit yet theres no one in line and I have questions because things change ALL the time, and what's in an app may be outdated or invalid, why as human to human, person to person, customer servant to customer servant can a person elected as a "manager" be civil, respectful, not hostile and be willing to give a good customer service experience regardless of who you are and what your job title is? We are humans in a world becoming increasingly hostile will your corporation be the difference maker or put the smile making experience of the day??? I am influential in this community and people ask me all the time where to eat. Arby's will NOT be one of them for MANY reasons, especially today. I hope you care and believe one day my voice matters because your "manager" did not make me feel heard AND said she felt harassed simply because as a customer and human I called to speak to a manager. You're losing money Arby's with folks and attitudes like this working for you. I've never seen her before in 7 years of this work and I've never had this horrible of an experience no matter whatlocation. I hope this concern is a priority and not a...
Read moreI visited on Tuesday, June 7 at 9:15 pm and had an extremely pleasant experience. The store employee, Abel, was patient and friendly when taking my order. He clarified the specifics of my order and then repeated everything back to me for each meal to ensure he heard everything correctly. When I got to the window, Abel was extremely pleasant and we had a great conversation about his excellent customer service as well as the importance of it. He was very sympathetic to an extremely unpleasant restaurant experience I’d previously had and we just all-around had an amazing talk about our experiences working in customer service and food service as I waited for my order. Abel TRULY deserves a raise and/or promotion. He deserves some kind of compensation and recognition for his excellent work and energy/aura. I’d go back to this location for a meal solely based on my experience with your store employee. Not to mention, the food was good and correct as I’d ordered it, thanks to Abel clarifying...
