I love Burger King. I was so excited for this location to reopen. However, after four to five visits and spending over 20 dollars each visit, (going during busy and slow times) I have lost my faith in burger king. People dont mind waiting for fresh food. But it seems were waiting for premade, pre stacked, pre steamed, food. Its not good.
My chicken fries could be snapped in two. They were completely dried out. The whoppers look like they were sat on and dont taste like they used to. Original chicken sandwich? My favorite item, its so old and cold every time. I have yet to return anything for a refund, but I regret the money I spend every time I go. I think I wont be back. I think theres a reason burger king is going slowly out of business. Stop stacking for a rush, make it fresh. Make it right. The food we got tonight was completely inedible. 22 dollars, wasted. And the straw that broke the camels back after waiting 15 minutes for my order. Disapointment!!
A year later.....hate food. Nothing was good. It was all cold, old and had a strange flavor. The chicken fries were rubbery. The fries were terrible. 15 minute wait for nasty inedible food. Keep the money. I will...
Read moreWorst Burger King ever! Saturday my working family in a uhaul truck visited the Jones town Burger King location. They were very hungry from working all day, so they parked the truck and walked in the drive through to order. First the people at the speaker ignore them both for 20 minutes? They said hello? Nothing! If the rule is that you don’t serve walk ups to the drive through then tell them on the speaker? What is so hard about that! They finally walk forward to the window and a very rude employee with no mask tells them they don’t serve people who walk in the drive through. They tried to explain they are in a vehicle that is too big for the drive through and the dine in doors are locked? So they can’t order inside?! She says no! And they get in the truck and go across the street to McDonald’s and walk through the drive through there with no problem and get food! These employees need to wear mask while at work and get more customer service training. If the dining area is not going to be open, then some exceptions should be made for drive through customers. We won’t be back to that Burger King...
Read moreWorst Burger King I’ve ever stopped by. We went yesterday and this one worker was aware that we were wanting to order but he just stood by the drive through window for about 3 minutes until he finally came over to take our orders. Ordered a small fry and a frozen coke but they made us wait forever while he & the other female worker lazily walked around seemingly not doing anything. We finally got tired of waiting and asked how much longer we have to wait but he just mumbled something and didn’t give us a clear answer while the female worker pretended like she wasn’t involved. We decided to just leave without receiving our orders. I don’t understand how it takes more than 20 minutes to prepare a mere 2 item order and then act like we were annoying them by asking how much longer it’s going to take?? I gave back our receipt so can’t submit the online survey without the code. They desperately need a decent supervisor for the Saturday afternoon shift. Went to another Burger King nearby and got our order in literally...
