Years ago I was at the another fish market in Winston-Salem. The man tried to tell me how I wanted my fish cut. To make a long story short he reluctantly did as I asked. The fish didn’t look that great anyway. While I was there a lady told me about Crazy Fish. She said, "The fresh fish at CF is good and the cut it the way you like it." I told her, "Thanks for the tip and this fish market we were at seemed overatred." She replied, "It is and its not that great either" So the next time I wanted fresh fish I went to Crazy Fish. I loved it! So I never went back to the other place. When I would go to see family out of town. I'd make a stop by Crazy Fish and get a nice bid catfish. They would cut it up and wrap it up good for me. I would put it in a cooler and cover it with ice. It would keep until I got to my destination. So if you ever want terrific fish and other seafood Crazy Fish is the place to go. By the way, the Croakers fish...
Read moreThis weekend I was looking forward to chefing up amazing Asian seafood dish. I usually buy from whole foods but the fish there is $50 dollars per fillet which is tad expensive, especially if you are planning to cook more than just one fish. Coming back to this store, it is a small little nuese store, very friendly staff and they have got collection of fish like red snapper and others Shrimp, scallops, etc. They clean and cut them it the way you want, if you request. Overall great experience. They also got free parking. Well one thing I would like to say is the shop does not smell like flowers as it is fish shop, so if anyone is particular about smells, please note this.
Hope you get your fish for a much reasonable price. Why spend a lot when you can save a couple of bucks. We had a successful seafood meal and will be buying from here in future as well ! Will definitely add...

I was determined to have it before the year was out. I came up Waughtown street from the bottom end near HAPPY Hill Gardens. I hit the traffic circle and BOOM there it was, Crazy Fish. I went in and bought two big red snappers and two big stripers at a fair price. I called my uncle and we aet the day & time! Cheese grits, cheese eggs, grand biscuits and of course the red snappers and strippers. The fish was thick and meaty. I could only eat one at the setting, I got full! I highly...
