We have been trying to go to this food truck that now parks at 411 Waughton Street and we finally made it this week. They are in a private parking lot that has a shelter and benches so you can stay and eat there. We opted to eat in the car because it was cold. They sell out almost every day and have different items offered at times. We lucked out because one of those items was the Stuffed Cheeto Balls. They come with a dipping cheese that goes perfectly with the Birria meat stuffed Hot Cheetos crusted balls. To die for! We also got the Birria Tacos and the Birria Egg Rolls which were by far our favorites. That’s right Mexican Egg Rolls! This food truck is one of the best at the moment. Their Birria meat is obviously their bread and butter, and literally the taste is like melted shredded meat packed with spices and flavor in every bite. There are always people coming and going and a lot place orders ahead, which is smart. You will have to wait, they give you a notification vibrating gadget so you k ow when your food is ready. Prices are a bit steep or else I would visit more often. And don’t forget a refreshing bottled drink or a homemade strawberry lemonade. It’s a great laid back style where you can dine in the outdoors, in comfort of your vehicle or take home. Odds are you will eat right away once you smell...

This is easily the best food truck I've ever been to. The birria quesadilla I got last week was, to be completely honest, one if the top five things I've ever eaten. The meat is so tender and incredibly well seasoned, and you can tell that time, care, and love were put into the birria. The incredible river of melted cheese was a perfect contrast to the sweet and salt of the meat, and the cilantro and onions give it an earthy taste that balances everything just beautifully. The extra juice with the order is, after the dipping is done and the food is finished, good enough that you'll talk yourself out of drinking it. This place is high quality and worth every penny. Great service, incredible food, and I can't recommend them...

I can’t say enough good things about this taco truck! Every time I visit, I’m blown away by the quality of the food and the incredible service. The tacos are packed with flavor, with fresh ingredients and authentic seasonings that make each bite unforgettable. The variety on the menu offers something for everyone, and I love the handmade tortillas that give the tacos that extra touch of authenticity.

The staff is also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always willing to recommend a great dish. They clearly care about the food they’re making and the people they’re serving. If you’re looking for the best tacos around and want a great experience from start to finish, this taco truck is a must-visit....

So I came across their page on fb and it wanted to check them out because the food looked amazing..Happy to say they definitely didn't dissapoint....I got the quesabirria and my husband had the sliders and Both were meaty and Cheesy and so delicious & flavorful!! Even better, the portion size is well worth the price! We were both full before we could finish what we had.The blue raspberry lemonade was really good too. This is hands down our new favorite food truck in Winston and we'll be back to try the birria pizza next 😋
