Food was delicious. But... Service was absolutely horrible!!! I called earlier in the afternoon placing a timed order to be picked up at 6. When I got there, there was no one up front to greet me. I had to call to let somebody know I was there after waiting a few minutes. When I gave them my name, they said there was no order under that name nor an order in their system of what I asked for. I was told by the manager that if I wanted to pay for my food, they would be more than willing to make my order. Excuse me , of course I would be willing to pay for my food. The manager walked to the back once again to see if he could find my order by chance and while walking away from me he rudely says Jesus Christ and mumbles some other stuff that I couldn't understand. He then asks me if I had a timed order for 6 and I told him yes. Mind you I had already told them I placed the order for 6 & what the order was. Now he's found it. So long story short I get argued with that there is no order when there was, I get insulted & the young girl with the long black hair was so rude she wouldn't even let me finish my sentences while arguing with me & rolling her eyes. After all that, the rude manager finally apologizes saying sorry for the mix up. I'm a manager for a different food chain. If that girl with the black hair was my employee, I would fire her for speaking to one of my customers the way she spoke to me. I love the wings from East Coast, but I will never be coming back to this location. There is a restaurant down the street that has great wings as well. I will be going there from now on. Ps. Read moreWhen a manager is rude and tells you that he’ll reimburse you for one of the orders that they messed up and not the other there’s a problem. We live 10+ mins away and said “I’ll replace the wings” but not the rest of the order. Entitlement conceded or just don’t have a clue of how to actually manage a restaurant. The hostess woman taking the to go orders was under trained or any experience in that might’ve been where the issue was but instead of taking responsibility as a manager and making it right he wants to give you an attitude like it’s your fault and it’s an inconvenience for him. Not only was the manager rude and possibly under experience to hold a position of manager. But clearly doesn’t practice the serve safe practices. Here’s your sign. Once food leave the kitchen it is not allowed to go back into the kitchen. It completely left the restaurant. My son took a bite of the chicken before it was taken back to the restaurant. Once handed to the manager he took it back to the kitchen!! We WILL BE CALLING HUMAN RESOURCES. Me and my family have ate at East Coast wings since I was a young child so over 20 years. At least the one on country club. It is sad that a so-called manager doesn’t have people skills or management skills. Read morePlaced a $50 online order for wings w/chips, carrots & celery, fries, and salad. They omitted the carrots and celery but the worst part was the appearance of the wings!! Had I not placed the order myself, I would have thought we requested naked wings. And so much liquid leaked out into the bag! I called the store and was finally connected to the manager, Lee. She was obviously in the weeds because she talked over me and was otherwise unfocused on my complaint. She kept referring to the fact that the order was checked by my son before he left the restaurant, but my complaint wasn't the quantity of the food, it was the QUALITY!!! She offered that the mild flavoring 'has a lot of butter' which makes the sauce thin. She said 'we try to tell people about it', but there is no warning online for the pickup/delivery consumer. Even the fries and chips were lukewarm! She told me there was nothing she could do about it right then because 'we're in the middle of a rush' and the food was checked before leaving the store. I told her I'd escalate my complaint because she did not have the capacity nor the desire to help me. My mother said 'even the salad is juicy', and there was liquid in the bottom of that container.
