Cam was very disrespectful and had the worst attitude. I’m not sure how he got a managerial or a supervisor position with his nasty attitude. Also, the white girl who was at the window and who took my order (I should have got her name too) was disrespectful and nasty, as well.
I went through the drive thru on 7/23 and the white girl who was taking the orders through the intercom was being smart about how I had just placed my online order in which I didn’t and if I did, I arrived at the time that it told me to arrive so that comment was unnecessary and it was the way she said it that was uncalled for. She could’ve just politely said we will have the drink ready for you when you come to the window (like any other considerate employee would have done), everything else was uncalled for especially towards a paying customer who used to come very frequently especially when customers were BOYCOTTING, I was still coming but not anymore. I then asked to get a refund because at this point I’m not paying for a drink at a place that doesn’t appreciate their customers and that doesn’t know how to talk to people so Cam comes and instead of apologizing on how I was being treated, he insists to ask me while making faces & rolling his eyes “do you want a refund or not” when I asked him about how did he not think the girl was disrespectful towards me. That attitude right now is ridiculous. You don’t ask A CUSTOMER that - obviously I do need a refund but as a “manager” or “supervisor” you need to apologize on behalf of your employee to not treat customers the way that she did. I’m not your little friend that you can be snappy with.
That type of service will not be tolerated and I will no longer be giving this location my hard earned money especially given I would go every other day. They need to be more friendly and appreciate the people who are putting money in their pockets - without customers, there will be no Starbucks on...
Read moreToday was the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks location. I placed a mobile order at 7:30 and my pick up time was 7:43. At 7:44 I pulled up to the drove thru window and a minite later the drive thru worker asked how she could help. I told her I was picking up a order for * and she said ok. At 7:52. She asked if we were picking up a mobile order....to which we replied yes.....and 5 mins later we were handed 3 frappachinos which were all disgusting, our drinks were made wrong, with whip on one who asked for none and the whip on mine was all melted and nasty. So we went back and asked them to remake the drinks and while the girl who took them from me to remake them did apologize, they remade them but still made one completely wrong. So after driving out of ny way to go to what had always been a good Starbucks location, I wasted almost an hour of my time, $16 of my money and still dont have a java chip...

The representative taking my order asked me to repeat the order about 5 times when I received the sandwich it still had cheese on it, sent it back, got a new one & when I left I checked the bag & that sandwich also had cheese on it. I ordered 2 drinks & a sandwich (that I couldn't even eat) & somehow it was $28?? I have gotten more & paid less so I believe I was over charged as well but the associate didn't give me a receipt & I paid in cash. I wish I could've resolved the issue on Saturday morning when it happened but I work an hour away so I couldn't turn around at that point. I have visited this location a plethora of times with no issues but this was all around a waste of money, time, & a terrible experience.
