Went there foe supper tonight. Only had about a 15 minute wait. That wasnt bad. Girl came and took our order. Ordered everything at once. She brought our two appetizers. We had asked for ketchup and ranch. 45 minutes later we had to ask for it again. Then again. By the time she brought it we didn't need it for the fries cause they were gone and my pickles were cold. About 30 minutes later she brought our hamburger and wings. The hamburger was ok said my husband . the wings were horrible. For one thing they looked like pigeon wings. But that wasn't the big problem. They were so hard and dried out they were like chewing on a rock. I ate a few and left the rest. Then we got our bill and noticed that we were charged for my husband's side. When he ordered his burger the grill said that comes with a side. What do you want? My husband gave her his credit card and she took it and carried it all over the place before she went and paid the bill. I was not happy with her taking it table to table with her. We paid the bill but no tip. I talked to the manager. He was nice enough but had excuses on how much the wings are costing them now. That's not my problem. Quit selling them then. I told he we went to a seafood place last week and our bill was cheaper there. We won't be back. So then he says the next time we come in ask for him and he will make it right. Why would we be back to pay 42.00 for a burger and wings fries and pickles when we can have an eatible seafood meal? Now I am home and have diarrhea. ...
Read moreThis was my first time using curbside pick-up, and will be my last time eating East Coast Wings. The experience has left me frustrated, angry and disappointed. I made my order at 5:08 pm on 3/27. It said it would be ready at 5:23. I arrived around 5:30. Pulled up in the curbside pick-up parking. I waited a few minutes. I had not read the email that said to call when I arrived. I didn't see anything on the signs about calling, so I waited a minute or 2 more. Then I called. I got a busy signal. Waited a minute called again. At 5:36 I got a person. I told her I had a curbside order, and that I was out front. She asked my name, and said something about it would be out when it was ready. At 5:51 I went in. When I said that I had a curbside order. I was told that I had needed to call when I had arrived. I told her that I had, at 5:36. She then asked my name. She located my order, said it's right here, "sorry". So I have no idea how long the order was sitting there, but by the time I got home, around 10 minutes, what my family had for dinner was a room temperature salad, soggy pretzel bites with congealed cheese goo, room temperature wings and a room temperature kids cheese burger. To be fair, the carrots and celery were still quite good. That will be the last $47.80 that I spend at an East...
Read moreLet me start by saying always an issue the only reason y I come here because it s 2 minutes from my house… so I put an order for 60 something wings and usually when I order I have to get extra sauce because they are dry and undercooked so this time I said extra crispy and And when I got my food, I looked at the food and they didn’t have any sauce on it so I asked for extra and got a little resistance far as looks and tone in her voice but they took it back apparently, they put it in the Styrofoam to go box idk why it was different this time cause they usually put it in a different container might’ve been an attitude they had I’m not sure so I get home and none of the plates are open and there’s a pile of sauce in my seat so I called back to speak with the manager. It was around 715 on April 30 so whomever I spoke with wasn’t pleasant but at the end of the whole conversation, I was shown that you could be smart and dumb at the same time and I want to take them for how they handle the situations And I will never be there again and I know you don’t care but thank you for pushing me to another restaurant that’s better than what I received from this...
