I Luv Pho Asian Fusion — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

I ate here on a whim with my husband after seeing a post on Winston-Salem’s Facebook page. We didn’t know what to expect with this being a new restaurant but it looked promising online! I Luv Pho’s website was user-friendly but viewing the menu on my phone required me to download it first. Anyway, looking over the menu was a great bonus before we got there!

We were seated immediately after entering and all the staff we encountered were incredible. Our food came out quickly, which was great! All the dishes we ordered were delicious - crab rangoon, chicken karage, chicken pho, and beef pho. Hands-down the best crab rangoon I’ve ever had. Even the Pepsi tasted great (y’all know what I mean).

Everything was very clean and the booths were comfortable! The staff asked for feedback after we ate, which is a great sign that they want to improve and create the best experience possible.

The music was an odd mix but had a nice variety. It had my husband and I singing along for a couple songs - even our waitress!

I ordered the pho noodles with steak and meatballs, and everything was so flavorful and fresh. And just to mention — after I got my pho noodles, I realized the meatball is part of the soup, not a separate side like it looked in the photo from the review of meat on a plate it was delicious!

My boyfriend ordered the chicken and shrimp noodles with lime, and his bowl smelled and tasted just as amazing.

For appetizers, we had the chicken lettuce wraps and crab rangoons, and they were so good I honestly thought the lettuce wrap was my boyfriend’s meal — that’s how big and tasty it was. Everything tasted like it was made with love.

And the Thai iced tea… hands down my favorite drink now. Creamy, smooth, and perfect. My waitress was so patient while I decided what I wanted, and she never let my drink go even halfway empty. Her service alone made the experience even better.

From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything was top-tier. If you want a spot where the food is fresh, the staff is kind, and you leave full and happy, I Luv Pho is definitely...

I read reviews before coming here and most were good so we took a chance to try something neither of us have ever tried. I will say I was highly impressed, did we wait? A few moments yes but nothing out of the ordinary. We tried the bang bang shrimp, it was really good and even almost ordered more. My husband got the shrimp lo mein and he said it was really good. I got the Beef Pho...I was worried because I rarely try new things anymore but I am so glad I did. I absolutely loved it and the sauces you could add was really good and the side plate of bean sprouts, limes and jalapeños was a nice addition also. Price was fair especially for what you get and the staff was nice and friendly. I will agree with another review, the lighting could be dimmed down some to make it more cozy. Dont hesitate to try it out and if it is slow remember they are new and will get into a good routine. We will definitely...
