UPDATE: I went through the drive thru tonight and I asked them if they had fresh coffee and they said yes. I got to the pickup window and I was asked to pull up and they would bring it out in a few minutes. I waited for 20 minutes. After going back through the drive thru and telling the man this he began to talk to me very condescendingly and then told me to pull up and he'd bring it out in a few minutes. Then another much nicer guy came to the window and repeated that to me but he was very understanding. I then pulled back up and waited for another ten minutes and then finally the disrespectful man brought it out and again spoke very condescendingly to me. Let me say that I never spoke to him this way and I never raised my voice nor was I disrespectful to him. And I'm not a Karen lol I truly treat people like I want to be treated.
This was my last visit to this McDonald's. I've been coming to this McDonald's for years now but I'm not going to spend my hard earned money there just to be treated like that. It's absolutely unacceptable to treat your customers like this. I've had them tell me to pull up and wait many times but it's never taken THIRTY MINUTES for a single cup of coffee or anything else for that matter. Nor have I EVER treated a worker disrespectfully. It's a hit or miss with this particular McDonald's but I won't be taking a chance by going there again.
I just want to let people know that not all employees are what anyone wants when spending your money there. There's just too many other places that will appreciate your business. There's actually a Starbucks right next door and I highly recommend you go there for your coffee. You might spend a little more but they're going to give you a good experience.
I have had other issues there before mostly with issues with my food but I have never had to wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee nor anything else for that matter. And I've never had an employee treat me so disrespectfully. I wouldn't spend a dime here if I were you.
I'm so sorry for the long post but honestly I'm very upset about the whole situation. It's your choice where you spend your money of course but I'm telling you the same thing that I'd tell a friend or family member. DON'T TAKE A CHANCE AND GO THERE. I know that a lot of people would call the manager or corporate but I will just take my business elsewhere. Just waiting for 30 minutes for a cup of coffee is insane but to be treated like I was is unacceptable.

I had to report this business to the EEOC for being discriminatory against its African-American employees as a African-American working at the store, you are not allowed to enforce McDonald’s policies when talking to white or Hispanics if you’re African-American. Read moreNo matter how many times I come to this location and order the same thing, this team has not been able to be on the same accord and get my order right. I've been given attitude from shift management on separate occasions while trying to correct my order with them, but I chose not to write a bad review because I wanted to at least give them the benefit of the doubt. Today, not so much. Today I ordered the same thing I always do Egg McMuffin with a fresh steak patty added to the sandwich. I was handed what looked to be ingredients that have been sitting inside a holding pan for a while. I know this because of my previous experience as a McDonalds Kitchen Manager. The steak nor the egg and Canadian Bacon were fresh and to top it all off the orange juice was sadly underwhelming and watered down to the point that it didn't taste at all like orange juice. I eat at McDonalds because of its unbeatable convenience and quality fast food, however, coming to this location(even though it's the closest to my home and job) feels like a waste of money.
