I love this store! So many beautiful items. I went with my mom about a week ago and she came back today by herself to look for a centerpiece for her table. Usually I help my mom with design questions around her house but since I wasn’t able to go with her I told her to ask the store for help. She showed the owner some pictures of her dining room and the owner asked a few questions and took the time walking around the store to help her look at different options and find the best look for her needs! I purchased several things for my daughter who will be attending school in the area. I tried to get ahead so I did some shopping on one of our visits. Once she got into her apartment, I realized the colors would not work. I tried to return/exchange 3 items 34 days after purchase and I was given a HARD NO! I did not want my money back, I just wanted to do a simple exchange. Everything was still wrapped, clearly never used, with tags attached. Lovely store but they are inflexible on their return policy. I am from Raleigh and I wanted to exchange baskets, with tags on, the next time I was in Winston. The timeframe would have been 6 weeks from my purchase. They told me their return policy is 30 days. When I explained that I was from out of town, they said “sorry”. Would it have been so hard to accommodate my request for an exchange? The baskets I wanted to exchange cost less than the ones I was going to exchange them for. Bad business. They won’t have my...
