Starbucks — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

This Starbucks is located inside the Harris Teeter supermarket. It’s very convenient to get a drink before or after shopping. The girl who attended us was quick and friendly. They have a nice set up with a small seating area next to it. It’s a nice place to relax while shopping they offer all the same drinks and food as the other bigger Starbucks. So you can also grab a quick bite of one of their many desserts and quick bites. I am not Big on overpriced drinks but once in a while I like to try something exotic that you don’t see anywhere else that’s why today I got two different blackberry drinks, One was a bit sugary for me, but it was a perfect blend of blackberry and sage. This Starbucks is less than 5 minutes from my house. I'm not going back! Michelle is the absolute worse. At this point I can't trust them to make my order because she has given me the impression that she'll tamper with someone's food. She rude,confrontational and unprofessional. She dropped my food from my mobile over because she was talking oh the phone and not paying attention. She intentionally makes my drink undeniable if I order a frap(I know this because everyone else's are similar consistency when made by others and she ll bring it to the window when she not working the window). Consistent drinks, but we’ve had half a dozen or so questionable encounters with the drive through. Wrong orders, mostly, but today was told they couldn’t find the mobile order, and to pull to the front parking spot. After 15 minutes of waiting, I walked inside and my drinks had been sitting on the counter. I asked the kid at the window if he had planned on sending them out to us, and he shrugged and went back to taking orders.

It’s a small thing, but when time is tight in the morning, a 15 minute wait can be the difference between on time for work, and late for work. This particular location has caused me to be late for work a few...
