Worst Starbucks I've been to so far here in Winston Salem. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt so many times since its on my way to work. However this place does not seem to understand the difference between shaken and stirred. Every time I order anything with heavy cream it looks like currrdled milk in a cup. My boyfriend ordered an ice coffee and the coffee is so so bitter it taste burnt. My boyfriend went back inside to ask the barista to please fix my drink that had the heavy clumps of heavy cream floating around. And all she did was grab a spoon and stir the cup with it and gave it back to him when she should have made the drink over. Very poor customer service. Please do not...
Read moreLast year, my partner and I were living in Asheville, NC and after Hurricane Helene we stayed at an AirBnB near this store. This was a safe space for us, and on our way out of town we even signed our new lease in the lobby. The partners and environment of this store are top notch - and I’ll never forget how warm and welcoming they were to us. Drinks were always perfect. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was a shift there for a long time (possibly since it opened?) and we frequently spoke about how great it was to have this store and the amazing atmosphere it puts out. Read moreI’ve been living on this side of town for about 2 years now, and being that I’m a daily coffee drinker I’ve probably only came here 4 times. When I arrive I am never greeted...by anyone. (I’m not going to be quick to throw assumptions of the reason why…).
This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to where the atmosphere is not welcoming. The employees always seem like they would rather be doing anything else other than their job. I will continue to keep going to Dunken Donuts right up the street. Hospitality, coffee, and price...
