McDonald's — Restaurant in Winter Garden

My recent visit to the McDonald's located at Winter Garden left me with mixed feelings. While there were some positive aspects, several areas need improvement for a better overall experience.

First, the positives: the restaurant was relatively clean, and the staff was friendly. The cashier greeted me with a smile and took my order promptly. The menu offered a wide variety of options, and I was pleased to see the classic favorites alongside some newer items. The food itself was standard McDonald's fare—reasonably tasty, but nothing extraordinary. The fries were hot and crispy, and the Big Mac I ordered was adequately prepared.

However, there were a few issues that significantly detracted from my experience. First, the wait time was longer than expected. Even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, it took over 15 minutes to receive my order. This seemed excessive for a fast-food restaurant known for its quick service.

Additionally, several tables in the dining area were dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a while. I had to wipe down my own table before sitting down, which was disappointing. Cleanliness should be a priority, especially in a restaurant setting.

The soda machine was another point of frustration. Several drink options were unavailable, and the ice dispenser was empty. I had to ask an employee to refill it, which they did promptly, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless.

Finally, the overall quality of the food was inconsistent. While my fries were hot, my burger was lukewarm and lacked the freshness I've come to expect from McDonald's. This inconsistency in food quality is something that needs to be addressed.

In conclusion, my visit to this McDonald's was just average. While the staff was friendly and the food was decent, the long wait time, lack of cleanliness, and inconsistent food quality were significant drawbacks. With a few improvements, this location has the potential to provide a much better...

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. I have never experienced anything like this... my friends and I went to this McDonald’s after work one night at about 10 pm (the dining room is open till 12am) and right as we were walking up the doors were locked on us. Then customers that were inside let us in because they are supposed to still be open and we waited in line with everyone else to order. Come to find out everyone who had been waiting inside had not yet been helped or even acknowledged for that matter for up to 20 minutes. The people working in the kitchen also didn’t acknowledge us, they were slow and taking their sweet time on everything. It was completely silent... how awkward. Finally we asked for a manager, and oddly enough the guy who we asked was the manager, so we asked what the heck was going on and he tells us in a very aggravated manner “oh uh well we’re really backed up right now and we’re trying to catch up so it’s gonna be a while before we can help you”. No apology, nothing. And we had to ASK to even know what was going on. Lost our business and everyone else’s who was in the dining room waiting,...

beware: UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON MY CARD.....do not mobile order from this McDonald's they will scam you!!!......Manager Danny needs training in many areas...Canceled my mobile order because I arrived at 10:29 to pick it up and the lazy employees didn't feel like making breakfast that I had ordered 10 min prior via the app. Ok so I left.

5 minutes later I get a receipt for items I never ordered or received. (they were not even items that were a part of my original canceled order) so, someone manually had to clear my order yet leave my payment info on the screen, added new food, and charged me.. .Called the store and MANAGER DANNY was very rude, cussing, giving me big attitude and refused to help get my money back. He tried passing me to the mobile order team who passed me back to him. So they scam and then they make it very hard for you to get your money back. Refused to acknowledge The fault of him and his team for making unauthorized charges on my card after they told me my order was cancelled. Avoiding this place.

Seems like they get many poor reviews of their food as well. Never again at...
