Today I ordered lunch for my employees from Bistro Pizza because it has been one of my favorite pizza restaurants. However, after today it is not. I sent one of my employees to pick it up downtown and when she returned with the pizza we realized we did not get what we ordered. We asked for half with onions and the other half without, however they put onion on all of it. In addition to that, part of the pizza had burnt crust. I would normally just take off the ingredient but since the crust was burned I decided to call them. The girl that answered the phone said I'm sorry, but I don't recall her saying onions on half of the pizza. She told me they would fix another one but we would have to pick it up. I said ok. When I got there I showed her the pizza with the burnt crust (and I mean it had partially black edges) and the cook looked over at it and said you must like your pizza undercooked! I couldn't believe he was saying that. I told him no, I just don't like it burnt! I said, wow, I can't believe you are saying this to your customer. He then said something to the effect that maybe this was my 1st time in there. I said no, I've been here many times, however this may be my last. He said nothing. Finally, the girl said she apologized, but it was not heartfelt. It is too bad because their pizza is really good, however bad customer service will put you out of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst restaurant to eat. Not because food is bad because restaurant's manager is rude arrogantly over smart. We had family dinner for holidays and here to visit for 1st time. Being vegetarian we order custom pizza and even requested to have no meat in our food also to cut pizza clean knife. But instead of artichokes we happen to order anchovies. Our server dint bring to our notice that it's kind of fish. However we have no complaints for her. She was polite and helping to take off fish from our food. But it does not make any sense to us. We thought to check soon after but to our surprise we were being charged for pizza which we did not even eat. On having called manager, he started to make this comments, " you should have known that anchovies is fish" . "Your ordering anchovies is not my mistake" . " I don't give replacements of customers mistakes". " This is last time I will give you other pizza" Huh sounds like he is doing favor on his customer. Dnt know from which place he belongs, but in America this behavior of his is not acceptable . Customer is king and he should have courtesy and polite to one for whom he is running his business I wish google had option to give negative stars.he don't even deserve 1 star. So people only go if you are smart enough to know each and everything these people add to our food. Miser...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am impressed! Started out with the meatball appetizer and garkic knots...best I have had since moving here 2 years ago! Meatballs were tasty and had some mozzarella on top..flavor was spot on. Garlic knots had a good crust and were cooked with just the right amount sponginess and not drownding in butter that usually makes them inedible. Then we had the Supreme pizza that had all of the usual suspects on it...phenomenal! If I were to have one suggestion it would be to make the bottom part of the crust just a hair thicker but outside of that...great! Crust had a great flavor which I have found lacking in most other pizza places in the area. Sauce and toppings ratio were just right! Our server, a very nice young lady in the dining area by the pizza ovens, was phenomenal! Very attentive and did not wait until we were chewing on something to ask how everything was. Well done! Actually...everyone there were nice from servers to bartenders! So I say...give them a try and doubt you will be disappointed...unless you crave lowly pizzas such as Hungry Howies, Little Ceasars or places like that...but after eating here I doubt you will even want to eat at those places again! UPDATE* Excelkent again tonight! Great service...
